What a fantastic day! The hotel is stunning, the staff are so lovely from the minute you enter. The pool and spa are impeccably clean and every little detail has been thought of. Inderjit was a lovely therapist and the massage and facial were perfect. One of the spa team (I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name) even popped up to check on us when we were having lunch. Such thoughtful service. Even better that you get to spend the rest of the day relaxing by the pool after your treatment, sitting on the super comfortable beds by the pool. The spa day was great value for money and even included lunch in the restaurant. Highly highly recommended.

Dear Heavenly Spa team, I just wanted to say a huge thank you for such an amazing experience from beginning to end. Every step of the way I was only met with convenience by the hotel and team. The spa was super lush and had everything you need from a spa. The people are super helpful and are very attendant to your needs. I was highly impressed by the service. My therapist Allura she was immaculate, and really knew what she was doing. I didn't know any other names however I must say that every staff member were helpful and genuinely lovely The whole time it very very nice and secluded allowing me to fully relax I know for sure I'll be back. Not really a spa. Needs a clean. Massage OK but not 25mins. Would have liked the option for other treatments or extend the timing. Not very welcoming. We were left in a draughty hotel pool reception for ages before going upstairs.

A truly amazing spa day, worth every penny! The facilities were clean and of high quality. It was truly luxurious and spacious, there weren’t many guests making it feel very comfortable and spacious. My therapist Inderjit was so wonderful, professional and extremely good. I don’t think I’ve ever had such a good massage! She took care of me and my friend from the beginning to the end and made sure we were comfortable and happy. I can’t wait to go back! Thank you Heavenly Spa and most importantly Inderjit.

We visited for a spa day, inclusive of a 30min facial, 30min massage and a 2 course lunch - it was perfect. Everything was immaculate and the staff were so organised and helpful. The food was beautiful. Thank you for making my sister’s Birthday so special - we will be back again

I had my first spa experience with my husband at the Heavenly Spa. We had an amazing time, the customer service was 5* from start to finish. Natasha and Antonio were very welcoming and professional, and made us feel incredibly relaxed. I'm 34 weeks pregnant, and Natasha took really good care of me, especially for my first time being at a Spa. I would definitely recommend, and can't wait for my next chance to go back! I did the heavenly spa package for my mums 50th birthday, this included afternoon tea and a 60min treatment. My experience from start to finish was one of the best I’ve ever had. Staff were lovely, helpful and kind. They even kindly walk you to where you need to go and explain everything to you. The spa was rather quiet which was nice as we were wanting to have a peaceful experience. The facilities are excellent, modern, stunning and clean. I had a full body massage with Louise who was fab. I was made to feel really comfortable and relaxed, I was also asked questions to find out what would work best for me treatment wise. I’d love to visit here again but to stay next time. :)

This is my second time coming to this spa and again I had such an amazing experience! I had Amleto and by far that was the BEST massage I’ve ever had, he was very polite, he done everything I asked him to do as usually massages are quite painful for me however today was perfect. I will be back.. again! They have an amazing team, the supervisor Melissa was very lovely and made sure I very well looked after so thank you to the heavily spa team!

Perfect from start to finish. Facilities are truly 5 star, really calming and relaxing ambience around the pool and sauna area. My therapist Stella took great care of me during the massage and facial treatments. Highly recommended!

The hotel and spa is gorgeous! Staff were lovely and really hospitable. I had been booked a two course lunch and treatments for a birthday. Only downside was my food was delayed by almost an hour, which meant my treatment time was shortened and I had to take my dessert to go. A bit disappointing especially as it was still the same price, but overall good.

The name is on the experience. I celebrated my birthday here and did the heavenly afternoon tea spa day. My afternoon tea was booked for 1pm then my treatments for 3:15pm. For my preference I would of preferred a 4pm massage slot so I could enjoy the facilities a bit more because after that ethereal massage I was ready to sleep. I get monthly massages at various spas and I felt robbed after experiencing this, I should of known better as I have titanium status, but never used the hotel spa always went outside, from the moment we started the spa day, our waitress and bartender were incredible so relatable. The food on the afternoon tea was really good as well, everything was fresh, the charcoal buns and goji bread were my favourite and pair with the paradise cocktail, you can also ask for a refill however you wont be needing it, its more than enough for two. We then moved onto our spa side of the day, where the receptionist Faban was 100/10. The changing rooms were well cleaned and restocked discreetly and frequently, the staff member doing it I didn’t get her name but she was lovely. The women’s changing facilities have a female only steam room which is nice, but there is also one in the thermal suite, along with a sauna, ice machine and experience shower. The experience shower in the suite was a bit disappointing, nothing for those of is who don’t want to get out hair wet, Westin maybe some larger shower caps or a hand held spray? The pool and hot tub were clean I have a thing about the edges of pools being green i wont get in otherwise. The poolside area was great definitely instagramable and the theme is soul calming. My masseuse came to get me from poolside, we talked about how I wanted to feel after and I always say reborn or brand new. She accomplished just that, we used the sleep and tranquility oil which again was heavenly(I felt relaxed for days after), I was asleep within 5-10mins. After my full 60min massage she got me some Jing camomile tea and moved onto the quiet relaxation zone which has light snacks and refreshing lemon or lime water. I can’t remember my masseuse name but she was really good, my friends masseuse was great too and recommended some products based on their conversation. The whole experience was ethereal. Thank you Westin we’ll definitely be back.

We opted for full spa access, lunch and two 30 minute treatments. Three and half stars really. Small pool which is also open to hotel guests. For the first hour we had kids and their parents dive bombing into the pool! Not the quiet nor calm we hoped for. Only one sauna and steam room. It was quiet and so we didn’t need to wait to use either. Jacuzzi was luke warm as was the pool. Could have been warmer. Lunch was good and the staff were helpful with our gluten free and vegan/vegetarian requests. Facial was amazing. Body scrub was over in 20minutes and was ok. The hotel itself has a nice vibe and the carol singers and hot chocolate station as well as mulled wine and mince pies for those visiting or staying is a really nice touch.
