I booked in for the tension tamer back neck and shoulders today, which I definitely needed! Vicky was great, explained the process to me, and made me feel very welcome and at ease. Amazing massage, and I came out feeling like my shoulders were back where they should be and not up by my ears, and very calm and relaxed. Thank you Vicky for a lovely experience.

Was impressed that the staff made the effort of checking whether I have been here before, if anything changed in my general health since my last visit. I was presented with the range of oils that they have and also tested the product that they normally use for the deep tissue massage and asked whether I am happy with it or not. I was appreciative of this as I won the massage from a reception display. I’m currently 38 (almost 39) weeks pregnant so Debbie tried to make it safe and comfortable for me. I was glad of the non scented oils for my sensitive skin. I enjoyed the massage and will look forward to washing my hair tomorrow and seeing how the mud/ oil have helped my scalp too. A relatively pain free experience for back waxing! Vicky was very thorough and did her best to minimise the discomfort and complete the session in good time. Highly recommended.

Loved this place booked with a friend for a 2 hour slot. It was really relaxing really good steam rooms and saunas with different temperatures. Ice shower and various rain shower modes for the full spa experience. There was a small therapy pool. But overall very good.

Had a back, neck and shoulder massage today with Caitlin which was excellent - Caitlin was very professional and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. My partner also had a massage with Vicky which was also brilliant. We will definitely be returning! Thankyou both!

Went for a back and shoulder massage as a birthday present on the 12/12/22 and Oh my God it worked wonders. Released tension in places I didnt even know was there and has made a HUGE difference in my general mental wellbeing almost at the snap of a finger! Would rate 10 stars if I could. Will be going regularly from now on.

Fabulous massage! Everything about it was perfect, from the consultation at the start, through to the debrief at the end - totally professional. Especially appreciated the nice touches to make me more comfortable; a flickering candle on the floor (where you put your head through the breathe hole), a heated eye mask, pillow under my head and soft cushion to gently prop up my knees - it made me feel safe and nurtured. Use of ESPA oils and hot stones, with just the right amount of pressure gave such a therapeutic and relaxing experience. Would love to come back! Thank you Vicky

Lovely massage by Elizabeth. She talked me through the process asked if there was anything in particular I wanted her to work on. She explained the different oils to me and the perfect touch was the hot towels. Never had them on my feet before to start with but it really made a difference including the cushion under my feet. Whilst she was very gentle with her movement and placement of limbs, she knew exactly which muscle spots needed extra work. Anna really is a miracle worker! I was instantly at ease in her company, she has a lovely gentle and serene manner. The massage itself was perfection. Anna used just the right amount of pressure - not too much to be painful, but enough to feel the benefit and to feel that it was effective. The oils were lovely and the hot stones added an extra dimension. I had to literally DRAG myself off the table when it was over!! I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience and I genuinely think it was Anna's warmth and skill that made it extra special. I have had a lot of massages at various Spas over the years and Anna definitely ranks top of them all. Thank you for making my birthday extra special!
