I have really enjoyed attending Yoga with Louisa whilst pregnant with my second baby. My time in the week to relax, stretch and do movements that are great for me as I grow and also safe for baby. Additional bonus is learning breathing techniques for use in labour. Absolutely recommend!

I attended Louisa’s pregnancy yoga class throughout my pregnancy and found it invaluable. Louisa creates such a calm and positive environment it really gave me the chance to stop and focus on my body and my baby. As a working mum of a three year old I really cherished this time weekly to check in with myself and my baby, and of course to continue with yoga. I would recommend Louisa’s class to anyone and look forward to joining parent and baby classes when then time comes.

Brilliant classes. Would highly recommend to all expectant mothers. I really enjoyed the introduction at the start of class and discussing the weekly birthing topics. The classes have a lovely calming and friendly atmosphere. The advice, hints and tips from Louisa and the other ladies really help you prepare for your labour and postpartum and the movements and breathing exercises will come in handy for labour. I look forward to starting baby yoga.

A great antenatal birth and yoga class. Louisa is a really welcoming and knowledgable teacher and I love how the class is split into a little bit of discussion about a relevant topic of pregnancy/birth/post partum followed by yoga where all poses are adapted to your stage of pregnancy. Glad I found this class during my pregnancy!

I absolutely loved having yoga to look forward to during my pregnancy. The class is so much more than just stretching. Louisa covers useful pregnancy topics each week and creates a safe space to share experiences and tips with others. The breathing techniques and relaxation were great, and the stretches really helped move my body in a gentle but beneficial way! Thank you so much! X

Highly recommend these classes for anyone thinking about them. I was having a C-section and hysterectomy as part of my pregnancy journey, and was worried I would feel a little left out in the class. Nothing could be further from the truth. Louisa took the time from day one to speak to me and understand a bit more about my journey. She adapted the exercises to my requirements and often referred to the breathing techniques being helpful for C-section and hospital appts. They definitely were and I’ve used them regularly during stressful appts. This was my second baby, first being during lockdown so having the opportunity to feel a more “normal journey” was extremely important to me. Louisa’s guidance including recommendations for services that will help with my recovery have been invaluable. The entire process has really helped me embrace yoga, relax, carve out a little time for me, get my mind and body ready for this experience, and also be around other moms that are like minded. I will definitely be continuing this journey after my section and joining Louisa’s Mom and baby yoga. Thank you so much.

I have loved attending Louisa's pregnancy yoga sessions. I joined when I was 20 weeks pregnant - the sessions were a great opportunity to help prepare for child birth and bond with my boy. This was my first pregnancy. I had an unexpectedly intense and quick labour, the breathing techniques I learnt helped a lot. Thanks Louisa!

Could not recommend Louise’s YogaBellies class enough! It has been one of the highlights of my pregnancy and it’s so much more than Yoga. I have met some lovely ladies and Louise has made us all feel so welcome and helped us share our pregnancy experiences. You don’t need any previous yoga experience as the class is suitable for all. It is gentle, relaxing, fun and energising. I can’t wait to continue into Louise’s mum and baby yoga class once my little bundle arrives 😊. Thanks Louise for supporting us with this class!

Louise’s classes are great! I attended her pregnancy yoga class from around 19 weeks to the end of my pregnancy. Louise makes everyone feel so welcome and the class is very relaxing and enjoyable. It’s also a great way to share experiences and tips with other mums to be. I have also recently started attending her mum and baby classes with my daughter. Again these are lovely classes and a lot of fun with all the babies! I would highly recommend YogaBellies Corstorphine!

I joined Louisa's fantastic YogaBellies classes when I was 27wks pregnant. Louisa is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable all on areas of pregnancy, birthing and wellbeing. Each class consists of a different topic each week (which Louisa provides excellent tips), a chat to share experiences with other mums to be, followed by breathing exercises, yoga moves with adaptations provided and finally some relaxation at the end. This is the highlight of my week and I would highly recommend this class! I can't wait to attend baby yoga classes.

Hi, I found the pregnancy yoga very beneficial during pregnancy as I used to get muscle cramps and during the long hours of labour too. Doing yoga helped me to sleep well at night without muscle cramps. The yoga postures and breathing techniques were very helpful that helped me to have a normal delivery and I could stay calm and composed during the entire duration of labour. Strongly would recommend Louisa's pregnancy yoga to expecting mothers. Thanks & Regards, Annu Harriet.

Thoroughly enjoyed attending Pregnancy yoga classes with Louisa! The classes really helped me in feeling more prepared for labour with the breathing techniques and information surrounding birth. Each week containing a different pregnancy related topic which allowed everyone to share their helpful advice on pregnancy, birth and postpartum. Always left the class feeling very relaxed!

Pregnancy yoga with Louisa was a wonderful experience for me and bump! Not only did I learn loads of birthing positions and breathing techniques to help with labour but also learnt a lot about the birthing process and the options that I have available to me. This makes me feel a lot more positive about my birth and arrival of my baby. Louisa provides a lot of great resources that you can use at home to practice further and learn more. I would definitely recommend to all first time mums! Thank you Louisa :)

I really looked forward to Louisa’s class every week. The breathing techniques got me through the most difficult stages of labour, knowledge and resources were shared each week about pregnancy, labour and post natal recovery which was really helpful and the class was always a perfect blend of challenging and gentle. Louisa is lovely. I would highly recommend this class if you are expecting.

Sundays yoga retreat was just amazing, a full day of different things to try. Refreshments available to start the day. Very peaceful surroundings and Louisa made you feel completely relaxed and at peace. She explained things very thoroughly and we had the most beautiful lunch then a relaxing afternoon, leaving with a wonderful goodie bag. For anyone who thought they might fall asleep at the end, which was very easy to do, Louisa would give you a light touch on the shoulder. Wonderful retreat. Thankyou.
