After receiving a voucher as a gift I decided to get my gel Manicure done at glow before my holiday. I was shocked by the price, £45 compared to 20-25 most other places. At that price I expected it to be 'extra'. It wasn't. The staff were friendly though. They also tried to charge an extra £15 on top of the 45 for removing existing gel from 4 fingers! At the end of my manicure I had to ask for cuticle oil and got hand cream instead. Unfortunately the polish on both thumbs wasn't cured properly so I had to return the next day to have it removed and reapplied twice! The final disappointment was one of my leading edges starting to lift 3 days after application. I wasn't able to return again due to going on holiday. I would not recommend this overpriced salon based on my experience.

I had my first appointment at Glow yesterday. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. They took every measure to make sure I was comfortable and reassured me when I was nervous. A massive thank you to all the lovely ladies that helped me yesterday, I will definitely be back

Although I was disappointed because I couldn't have the CACI treatment owing to a medical condition, I really enjoyed the alternative. Niki was attentive to my comfort throughout and enabled me to relax. My skin looks and feels glowing and I have booked another of the same treatment for next month as well as treating myself to the peptide eyecream. My only suggestion for my next visit: a little more relaxing music or a lot less annoying pigeon! Thank you, Lynne

I have a very knotted back, had the exfoliation and full massage. My back felt soo much better. Have been recommended to have the warm stones, so booked in for that next week. Staff very professional and friendly. A win for me!

I went for a consultation about my skin as I have acne scars and the occasional spots my therapist was really lovely we had a great chat and I felt really comfortable she advised me on a product and told me about some experiences that she had for the treatment that she had recommended to me and showed me her own skin before and after pictures over all was a great experience.thank you very much for this amazing experience.

I always receive an excellent level of service at glow in mold, Gemma is always wonderful at what she does. I must say I’m loving the new little disposable modesty towels, eco friendly too which is always a bonus.

I had a full body massage and exfoliation treatment today. My therapist was Abbie, who was fabulous and really looked after me. Today was my first visit to Glow Wrexham but it definitely will not be my last.

Georgia was very professional and friendly as always. She makes the whole experience relaxing and enjoyable. I am always very pleased with the results.

All the Glow staff in Mold are lovely and as I have been using their services for years I can highly recommend them. Gwawr is an excellent masseuse.

I got a last minute appointment today after remembering I had a voucher for Glow. I booked a Decleor personalised facial with Gracie. Gracie made me feel really comfortable and was very knowledgeable after I told her my issues with my skin. Life hasn’t been the kindest recently and I cannot remember the last time I’ve actually had time to have ‘me time’ or relax but I felt so relaxed that I could have drifted off to sleep. My skin feels incredible too. Thank you Gracie, you were amazing!

Having never visited Glow (Chester) before, I was very excited to use my voucher as a present from my daughter who has always told me to never go anywhere else! Entering Glow is like visiting another place and time, a calming, peaceful and relaxing environment to be treated in a friendly, courteous yet totally professional manner, invited to clear your mind and give your body over to their expertise and leave you feeling like you’ve had a mini holiday! Georgia was so kind, putting me at ease and taking away the tension from my back and shoulders! I felt so well and ready to face the world but first made sure to book my next massage, after all well being starts with looking after yourself, so you can, in turn, support others.
