Very welcoming family business. I went there with a group of friends to have a spa weekend and we loved it. Everyone is very lovely and treated us very well. The place has a beautiful decoration and it is very well kept, clean and spacious. The beds are super comfy. I slept very well during my stay, better than in my own home! One downside was that the steam room didn't work during the 1st day and the 2nd day it wasn't hot enough compared to others I have visited. All treatments, specially the massages were great, except the foot massage which was just fine but too soft for my liking and for what I am used to. It felt like a feather touching me rather than a hand. I think this has to do with the fact that the girl who did my massage was just a young 18-19 years old girl, very careful about what she was doing but lacking experience. I recommend visiting for ladies looking for a private homely place where to relax, enjoy each other company and pamper themselves in a women only environment.

Had an amazing spa day here. The facilities were clean and tidy and the ambience is very relaxing. Nothing was too much trouble and the staff were amazing. I had a very warm welcome from Suzanne and wonderful treatments from Annie. The food was delicious and there is a good range of choice. I look forward to coming back when the outdoor pool is open.

I absolutely loved my day at the spa. I spend the day on my own and felt very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and welcoming and the massages are amazing. I’ve had the G5, full body massage, shiatsu head massage and foot massage and they were all wonderful. It’s definitely the place to go for a nice retreat and I can definitely recommend it to anyone who’s looking for a break

A group of eight of us visited last Saturday as part of my daughters hen weekend. We were welcomed by Suzanne, served coffee & given a tour, then all given the times for our treatments. We were then left to use all the lovely facilities. Everything was impeccably clean & very tastefully decorated. Had a lovely lunch & the treatments were everything we were expecting. The beauty therapists were very polite and friendly. All in all a lovely day. We definitely plan to return at some stage. Thankyou so much Suzanne & Steve.

Got my mum a voucher for her birthday as she absolutely loves this spar. Best one she has ever been to and its only just up the road. Would highly recommend, beats any top spar she has been to and the staff are so lovely. Spar has everything you could want. Highly recommend the day spar so lovely and personal to each lady.

Gorgeous Spa Day! I had a voucher for my birthday and had a wonderful day. I was pampered and looked after throughout the day by everyone. Lunch was also perfect. I'd love to go back!

Today my daughter and I had a spa ritual as a birthday treat,from the warm welcome on arrival till we left at the end of the day,everything was perfect.The whole experience was very relaxing,we love the fact that we felt as though we were the only ladies there.We were given our time's for our treatments so we know where we needed to be which was relaxed and had plenty of time for each there was no rush.Our lunch was beautifully presented and very healthy.The staff were outstanding and very professional in making sure we had the best day,I had a beautiful lady called V for my treatments who made me feel so comfortable and relaxed and she was amazing,I have had many spa's before but this is one of the best.I look forward to returning in the near future thankyou for a wonderful day.

I came here for my birthday with my mum and daughter and I couldn't have had a more amazing day!. The team were incredible, the food was lovely, the facilities are great and the treatments were by far the best I've ever had anywhere.... We all left feeling rejuvenated and so relaxed the massage followed by the facial was absolute bliss. We cant wait for a return visit in Jan.

Such a great ladies spa! We travelled here from London to enjoy a half spa day with lunch. It was a birthday treat for my sister and we all had a fab time! The facilities were great and the time slots really give you the vibe that you are there with only your group of people. The treatments that were included in our package were top notch! All 3 therapists were fantastic! To end the spa with a lunch that was so tasty!! From the moment we entered, all the way to the end, complete professionalism and friendliness from everyone there! My sisters treated me for my birthday and this was genuinely one of the best spas I’ve visited. The facilities were amazing and I felt we had a good amount of time for each of the facilities, loved the itinerary provided to each of us - a nice personal touch! Everyone was really friendly and welcoming. Holly checked us in and showed us round - I had Holly as my therapist and she was so lovely and made me feel really relaxed and comfortable during my treatment. We also met Suzanne who was also really friendly and personable. She made us feel super comfortable and acknowledged/ accepted all our requirements (hijab friendly, medical needs,etc). Lunch was really good, a perfect end to a relaxing day! Thank you to everyone at Lorrens Spa - would love to return in future.

Such talented, welcoming people & a great location to properly unwind. My Mum & I went for the full spa day and was a really well-thought out timetable. We both felt very cared for and I really appreciated the attention-to-detail. From start to finish, we were treated with care and respect in the most warm and friendly yet professional way. Please be prepared. this is not a luxury spa. It felt like someones living room. The sauna was dangerously hot and the steam room didn't work. No drinks offered except water or a cup of tea or coffeeThey seemed nice people and the treatment was very good but that was it.

Truly amazing! The ambiance is serene, the staff lovely, and the facilities immaculate. The attention to detail, from the decor to treatments, is exceptional.
