First time going to the Benefit counter in Chichester, West Sussex, and I was blown away by the professionalism, kindness of both gals, and truly amazing work that Aimee May did on my eyebrows! I’ve already booked another appointment! Well done, girl!

never done any sort of brow mapping before but Lauren came over to me and asked if I fancied it and I thought why not. She was so so lovely, so comforting and knew what she was talking about. She didn’t force me to buy anything she was just genuinely offering her opinion. She made sure I was comfortable and was so friendly. She even came back over to check I had everything I needed and helped me pick what to buy. I have really bad social anxiety and she made the whole experience so great. Definitely going back to hopefully get my brows laminated. Thank you Lauren :)

I was served by Kristina at Boots in Chichester, she was absolutely amazing! Very knowledgeable and kind. My eyebrows were tinted and waxed and they look amazing! I also bought a few other products from the skincare range as they were tested on me and I loved them too!

Lauren was amazing! She tried the new porefessional products on me - I think this was her first day on the counter and you wouldn’t be able to tell. She was confident, lovely and really friendly and so descriptive of the different products. I’m so pleased and the products are beautiful. Thank you!

I had a brow tint and wax done by Kristina, which seriously needed doing! She did an amazing job! Lovely colour and shape! I also had lip wax too! She also gave me a facial with the new porefessional skincare range, which was lovely! I’ve bought a few of the products to try, and I’m excited for my next appointment with her!

Today I was taken care of by Kristina who was simply amazing. Very professional and friendly. Listened to what I wanted out of the make up and advised which products would suit my skin type and colourings best. Kristina demonstrated how to apply the different items, offering tips which left me feeling confident enough to recreate the looks I was after. Highly recommend a visit.
