I was served by Andrea who helped me find my size and the best length for me, items in alternate colours and went above and beyond to help me get everything I needed. Great location and stocks most items or if they don’t have what you want they can order it in for you

Went into sweaty Betty in Blackheath, a couple of weeks ago on a Thursday and bought two pairs of leggings. Really pleased with the quality and the two young ladies that serve me including the Welsh lady were absolutely fabulous. Really helpful and lovely. Would definitely recommend going in there, you get that personal friendly service

Always a nice experience in this store. I had a faulty leggings that my boyfriend purchased in May, so I was worried that it will be hard to get an exchange or have them fixed,. But a very nice sales assistant assisted, sorted out my problem and was very helpful and friendly on the top of that! Thank you :)!

This store in particular is amazing. I’ve been served by several different staff members and they’ve all been exceptional. On my last visit Ayelen in particular went way above and beyond to help me get what I wanted. I just think the service (as well as the quality of clothes) plays such a big part in how you connect to a brand. Wouldn’t ever shop anywhere else. Love love love this place

Called to check stock and whilst not available they sourced the item elsewhere and I was able to purchase over the phone and get posted. It was a really great shopping experience. Thank you to blackheath and bluewater!
