This is the place I've needed in my life! The space alone is gorgeous and comforting but it's filled with beautiful things to buy and really lovely people. Connect with other people there or chill out alone - there are plenty of cosy corners. There's a load of classes, plus a really big choice of massage and healing. I love it.

Had a beautiful reiki sound therapy session yesterday with Paulo, soon as I walked into the therapy room I felt a wave of calmness wash over me, only then to be immersed into a wonderful hour long journey of relaxation & healing. Thankyou so much Paulo 🫶 Hazel x

I visited here in a rush a few weeks ago looking for a crystal for someone who was experiencing grief. I walked in the door and up the stairs and was delighted by the warm welcome and astonished at this little gem of a place. To your right a gorgeous studio for healing/yoga classes to the left a welcoming cafe and to the back the crystal and holistics shop. I was helped immediately to find something suitable and was very happy at the fair price. I promised I would be back to enjoy a cafe. Yesterday I returned with my dog and was very pleasantly surprised to find that as well as getting the same warm welcome for me, my dog was made to feel safe and happy (she is a nervous rescue dog). She even treated to her own blanket. I sat down to enjoy my coffee and the owner (I am guessing) and all the customers made me feel like I was sat with friends. What a magical little place. Unfortunately, I am not from the area otherwise I would be in this place all the time. But I will be back and very keen to try some of the delicacies on offer.

Transcend studios and Paulo and the team are amazing! From both a visitor perspective and as a practitioner hiring their wonderful space! Transcend Studios is a CIC that works in bringing in well-being in a way that is approachable, inclusive, supportive and joyful, for both their community, as well as those who come from afar. Transcend Studios works tirelessly at bringing those who need well being the most into their space, as they work closely with referrals, as well as others. I have had the pleasure to attend some of their wonderful events and courses; I did my sound practitioner course there, and I felt that Paulo and Cherry’s knowledge and tenderness was incredibly special and nourishing to both our hearts, minds and souls! I can’t say enough for Paulo, who I feel has such a wonderfully kind, joyous and generous heart! Thank you Paulo and team for making well-being accessible for all! ❤️

Hidden gem of Eccles! First time visiting today and guaranteed not the last! The coffee shop was lovely - if your vegan / lactose it has a good selection of food and dairy alternatives. The staff were welcoming, and so friendly! It has a large variety of clothes, gifts, alternative lifestyle, spiritual, art, jewelry. The shop was spread across into different sections. If you love the alternative / spiritual this is the place for you. Book lending available aswell. They also have loads of classes/ resources / fitness/ baby and toddler activities classes. I was incredibly impressed with everything going on. 10/10 would recommend

Amazing , welcoming space with an endless amount of wellness activities , I always enjoy attending the classes and having a look around the shop , and a top selection of healthy drinks - The grilled Cheese I would highly recommend. This place is incredibly special. Me and my best friend went along to a craft and taster day there last weekend and instantly fell in love. The place is warm and inviting, the staff are some of the loveliest people I’ve ever met (especially paulo! He is a total sweetheart), the shop has some absolutely beautiful treasures and the cafe is completely vegan friendly and has some amazing teas. We did a sound bath taster session and loved it so much we ended up booking up and attending the full session on the Thursday night. The whole place has such a beautiful spiritual atmosphere and is an absolute hidden gem. I can’t wait for my next trip to Eccles so I can visit again.

I visited to meet with a member of a team called Well being matters. It was the first time I have been here. I was impressed with the facilities and there are classes for Yoga,Thai Chi and much more. There is a nice calm about the place with a cafe for people to use. Staff are friendly & helpful and I have an opportunity to use the facilities to help with my own well being. I was impressed and made to feel welcome and there is a calm atmosphere about the place. There is much to discover which I intend to look into.

Lovely welcoming atmosphere. Everyone is so friendly. I went last night for the first time to do Synthetics - the ultimate 80’s workout but was told before it would be dance fitness.... I absolutely loved every minute. I'm a size 18 woman I struggled with some moves and came out looking like purple Ronnie but absolutely had the time of my life. How can exercise be so fun? I'm hooked after just 1 class.

I like to call Transcend my 'happy place' everyone here has become like my family, any bad day I have I come here and leave feeling whole again. I've never been to a place with so much love, positivity and happiness in the air. There is something for everyone with a huge wide range of classes with a price range for everyone. Plus not to mention the beautiful gift shop & BEST VEGAN FOOD! Paulo has become my soul angel!

Beautiful place and amazing treatments! I had reiki with Lisa and it was transformative. I feel so much lighter and could really feel the energy / blocks moving. Transcend is the perfect place to visit if you need to disconnect to reconnect to yourself. It's incredible to see what Paulo and the team have created since my first trip to the previous studio.

Amazing studio, coffee and fabulous cakes. Love the shop, lots of local makers and a great selection of vintage too. I love going to Transcend it’s got such a fabulous atmosphere and a great range of classes, workshops and treatments. This place is a real hidden gem.

This place is such a hidden gem! The people here are so friendly and welcoming, and I love the ranges of classes and events they offer. Personal fave is 80’s aerobics! They also have a coffee shop with really unique drinks & their cakes are divine! And I love that their shop is filled with items from local crafters too. The place just has such a great community feel to it & you can see how much attention to detail has gone into the place. If you haven’t consisted this place yet, you honestly need to check it out!

Transcend Sounds you’ve got to come to this place. It truly is a wonderful place. The atmosphere, staff and the hammocks are just what the doctor ordered.

Paulo, Linda and all the team have created such a beautiful vibe at Transcend Studios. The treatments are next level quality and the expertise is outstanding. It’s a welcoming and safe space and a lovely place to just sit and chill and enjoy a coffee. I am looking forwards to trying a class soon - the array of classes, groups and holistic treatments is really good and it’s so good to see the community enjoying it.

I attended the breath, mantra and meditation session with Tamsin and can’t recommend it enough. Tamsin was very friendly, welcoming and incredibly passionate & brilliant at what she does. The session was calming, insightful and powerful I came away feeling refreshed and can’t wait to be back!
