I booked a BNS Swedish Massage spontaneously to treat myself. It was very easy to find as it situated on the first floor above a cafe, but has its own separate stair case. After filling out the forms, I was taken to the room by a lovely young lady, who explained to me what was going to happen. The massage itself was so relaxing, the music, too the heated blanket were also so nice and comfortable. I definitely recommend going for the 40 minutes, it felt like the prefect amount of time.

Sarah was exceptionally knowledgeable and professional. I felt at ease and confident to go ahead with my treatment of choice (laser) thanks to Sarah’s ability to answer all my questions and provide all the information I needed to proceed. Lauren was attentive and thorough; I was very happy with the gel manicure I received and felt truly relaxed, especially during the hand and arm massage. Lauren ensured my eyebrow tint and shape was done to my satisfaction, she didn't rush or assume how I wanted them to look. I think Lauren provided the highest standard service I've had at The Spa yet - thank you. I'd also add that Nicky is fantastic: professional, accommodating and great at looking after people.

Took my 7 year old niece to have her nails painted as a special treat and the technician was amazing; the nails looked great (extra sparkly!) but also she took so much time to chat to my niece and make her feel comfortable and special. I will definitely take her back in the holidays and I will have a treatment myself as I was so impressed with the atmosphere and I want some of that special treatment too! What a fantastic treatment. My body polish was amazing. Skin is silky smooth and it was so relaxing. I didn't realise how stressed I was until half way through I realised my jaw was no longer clenched shut, and I may have shed a little tear at feeling relaxed for the first time in ages. I visited Spa Therapy Room with a sore lower back due to workouts and after a tiresome anxious day. I had booked a 30min deep tissue massage with this lovely lady and I can't fault it. We had a pre massage chat where she asked about any problems/aches I have and informed me what she intends on doing. The massage was simply the best I've had, it was relaxing with varying pressure applied, the atmosphere was soothing and she made the rapport with me that made me feel completely comfortable in her presence. After the massage, I felt relaxed, calm and felt the stiffness in my back was a lot better. I can't fault it. Highly recommended and will look forward to making this a regular occurrence in my schedule. Many thanks

I've just come home after having a very relaxing neck, shoulder and back massage. Also a scalp massage. Jennifer is lovely and very attentive. Hopefully I'll be back soon for more treatments.

Felt anxious going as I am body conscious. But coming out of there I felt so relaxed after my hot stone massage. Would definitely go back. Was brilliant.

I am very happy with my visit to The Spa therapy room. Amy made me feel welcome and comfortable from the start. I had a full body deep tissue massage one evening and Amy's strong hands have really made a difference. My posture seemed to improve straight away and I left feeling relaxed. It was an experience I haven’t had before. It was really amazing and Sarah definitely knows her onions! The combination of the hot sensation then the warm, intense, smooth, and the normal was explosive!!! All too good and it was the best treatment I’ve ever had in my lifetime. It was really welcoming and cordial the way Sarah kept checking with me every step of the way to see if I was comfortable. She was also very friendly and open to having conversations. I could go on and on but really, my spa experience today at The Spa Therapy Room was the best way I could have spent my day!

Just had a pregnancy massage and it was AMAZING! Was a tad nervous as I can’t lie in certain positions but the lovely Safi really took care of me and explained everything that she would be doing! All my pregnancy aches and pains are gone plus baby was kicking throughout - think she was enjoying it as much as I was! Have already booked in for a pedicure for next week!

Had a Sienna X spray tan done here and Ellia was really friendly and the atmosphere was very relaxing and comfortable. Quick and easy and no complications :) good value for money too

I had a full body massage with exfoliating and hot mitts treatment that smelt of roses. She applied just the right amount of pressure to make it relaxing but found all the knots. It was amazing

Sarah was fabulous She explained the treatments well to be before we started and made me feel so at ease. I loved the hot stone massage and will definitely be back again for this. Really please with my experience with Libby today. Our conversation at the beginning made me feel super Comfortable and reassured that I was in good hands. She listened to me about what I needed and the areas I felt that needed the most attention and she delivered. There was a nice balance of interaction and relaxation where I could express if I needed lighter or firm pressure and and times when I just enjoyed the experience. Very happy :) Kim

Previously had a deep tissue massage, which was great . Today my first full pedicure with Lauren. Wow what a revelation, I knew the previous place I went was not so great lately, but today my pedicure was a whole new level I hadn’t experienced for over three years. Attention to detail was fantastic. My feet and nails feel amazing thank you so much Lauren.

Absolutely brilliant service. Went for my first ever spray tan and I was served by Chloe. She put me at ease and took me through it all bit by bit explaining it all as I was nervous. It was over in a flash and couldn’t fault my experience. Absolutely fantastic. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back for other treatments.

I had the most amazing experience at the spa therapy after winning a competition at Christmas time, today I went and had my treatment done. I was a little nervous as I do not have the best skin and get conscious, however as soon as I was in the room speaking about my areas I weren’t happy about the therapist explained what she was going to do to help. I felt so comfortable I actually feel asleep during my treatment. I came out the salon with glowing skin and feeling so relaxed. I would highly recommend “The spa room” and 100% will be going back for another facial and more.

My partner & I had spray tans - look fabulous! So happy with the result. The girls (beautician & receptionist) were so lovely, really made us feel welcome & put us at our ease. A great experience !
