My first Tropic facial with Dee and what a treat. Lovely peaceful surroundings, welcoming and warm greeting, and the whole experience was a delight from start to finish. I am a fan of Tropic and know the benefits of the products but it was lovely to experience them in the hands of a passionate and experienced practitioner. A real luxurious treatment.

This was my first ever massage and found it a really relaxing and enjoyable experience so much so that I have already rebooked another back & shoulder visit. Alan put me at ease from the off listening to what I hoped to get from my visit also explaining the treatment as it progressed. You will need to find out what what works for you best but I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

I can wholeheartedly recommend treatments from Dee. She is very knowledgeable about all kinds of physical ailments and her manner and professionalism is first class. I suffered for over a Year with job related strain in my shoulder and after a few treatments from Dee it has all but disappeared. I still go for the occasional massage and myofascial release to keep on top of it as my job is not very forgiving in this department :-)

There’s a reason why Dee is fully booked for the rest of the year now, because she’s so good at her job. Seen Dee for the first time in her lovely home and she was very welcoming and knowledgeable. Gave me some good advice to take home with me. Told her my problems with my neck and recent issues with vertigo from some inner ear infections. Didn’t take her long to realise with how tight my neck is with limited movement. Went for a relaxing Indian head message but had some cupping in my neck and shoulders too for some lymphatic drainage. Noticed a difference already. Will be booking again for the new year for sure. Thanks so much Dee.

Highly recommend - Dee is a miracle worker. Able to recognise, feel and work on all of my aches and pains. Dee automatically has a calm, caring nature and approach, which relaxes you from the onset. Her knowledge and experience is her greatest asset and she tailors her approach to your body’s needs. Yesterday I had ‘The Works’ and left after the two hours feeling so relaxed and peaceful. My skin looked and felt radiant. I was a new woman. I will definitely be back, I feel I often neglect my body and carry on, putting up with daily aches and pains. Dee has proven I don’t need to, and if I care for my body it benefits other areas, especially my mental health.

Fantastic treatment with Alan just before Christmas, I booked in last minute as I was in a bit of pain with my neck and shoulders and I feel so much better! I had so many knots and the tension has been released in just one 30 minute treatment and I feel so much more relaxed, just in time for Christmas! I had the most wonderful treatment from Essential Calm. I really loved the unique way in which Dee cared and spoke to me to really get to the root of the problem and find out areas which were troubling my back and body. I booked a neck, back and shoulder massage, as I'd been feeling quite stressed and wanted to release some pressure points, which would of course been lovely, but Dee wanted to ensure I was targeting the REAL problem areas on my back, rather than work to a 'routine' massage. Dee was so welcoming, and from the moment I stepped into her beautiful treatment room, I felt so comfortable with her. Booked my next treatment right at the end of the session as I enjoyed it so much and felt so much better - can't wait!
