Annaliese was so good with my 9 year old having her ears pierced. Poppy got quiet upset but Annaliese was really calm and relaxed which really helped. Poppy said afterwards that lady was so lovely. Poppy can’t stop staring at her new earrings!

Have been going to Bellisima since July for IPL and Charlotte is always a breath of fresh air whenever I have my appointments. You are instantly made to feel comfortable and at ease, and I genuinely enjoy going (weird to say when you’re being zapped with lasers!) My first spray tan and I was put at ease and made to feel welcome by the girls on reception, who were friendly and welcoming. Morgens knowledge will blow you away she was so informative and fully understood all the goals I wanted to achieve. Zee was really friendly and knowledgeable. She thoroughly explained my available options and advised on which she thought would be best for both effectiveness and cost. As always, Charlotte was amazing with my treatment and great company to be in! The ladies here are so welcoming and professional, it has easily become my favourite part of the month! Waxing treatments are way easier when you’re comfortable and relaxed in your surrounding, which is something Bellissima always go above and beyond with providing.

Visit for some skin tag removals and Natalie was amazing! She made me feel super comfortable straight away, worked quickly - but took her time to get the best possible results for me, even taking care of blemishes I hadn't noticed. Natalie came across really knowledgeable and empathetic! Already super happy with the results!
