The North Bristol Private Hospital is a new modern hospital conveniently located just moments from the motorway with hotel accommodation within walking distance for relatives. I had an overnight stay here following my surgery. The facilities within the hospital itself are extremely comfortable. The rooms are lovely and beyond clean, each room has ensuite bathrooms and flatscreen TVs with every channel imaginable to keep you occupied. I was kept well fed and watered, nothing was too much trouble and I felt really looked after, I can’t recommend it highly enough. But most of all the level of care is outstanding and Elena Prousskaia is an outstanding surgeon who has totally changed my life! Thank you Elena. I would also like to thank Sam, Jojo & Rose, their care for me was professional & kind, caring and compassionate. My follow up appointments have been just as good, I really could not have asked for more. I’d also like to extend my thanks to the rest of the outstanding team, everyone from the nursing staff & theatre team, to housekeeping & admin, my care was absolutely fantastic and I am beyond grateful & happy. I can’t recommend the staff & facility highly enough.

After many years of having physical and mental issues with very old implants I met with a few consultants to find out what my options were and then sat on it again for a while. I then had a feeling I should look for another opinion and in my research came across Elena and thank goodness I did. When we met she filled me with hope, confidence and her knowledge of what needed to be done. When I had my surgery all the Staff from admin to nursing were incredible making me feel a person and not a number. It felt like family. The hospital was like a hotel, so comfortable, quiet and peaceful. It is now 3 months into my healing and I have absolutely no regrets with this team - they have given me back my life and cannot thank them enough.

The North Bristol Private Hospital is top notch! I had to stay overnight after my corrective surgery, and it was such a smooth and peaceful stay. The team is so knowledgeable and caring. I had my tuberous breast correction here at North Bristol Private Hospital with Elena and I could not have asked for better care. My experience from start to finish has been phenomenal, nothing is too much to ask for the staff, everyone was so attentive and welcoming. I felt so at home and looked after the entire time. They made sure I knew everything that was going on and how everything worked, and I felt very confident that they were knowledgeable about my condition. They also accommodated my gluten intolerance and the food was absolutely delicious. They were very attentive, coming to my room very quickly any time I rang the bell, helping me move around and administering pain medication whenever I needed it, literally nothing was too much to ask. The hospital was also spotless and my room was very comfortable and I felt at home. I had never had an operation or been put to sleep before and they made me feel so at ease, answered any questions I had and I felt so comfortable the whole time, even when going into theatre they made sure I wasn’t nervous at all. Even just after one day I’m absolutely over the moon with my results. Everyone did an absolutely amazing job and the outstanding care that I received definitely made my experience 100% better. I can’t thank the staff at NBPH enough! I traveled from Manchester and have absolutely no regrets, what an amazing team of people. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to get surgery, especially tuberous breast correction as they are very knowledgeable about this and I don’t think I could’ve trusted anyone else to do this. The staff, Dr Elena’s team and hospital was definitely worth every single penny and hour travelled. I actually had the pleasure of meeting Dr Elena 4 years ago with regards to a breast reduction in East Sussex. It was Dr Elena that actually had first discovered a cyst that I was not yet aware of (cannot thank her enough). Dr Elena was very open about the procedure what it entails, potential outcome with regards to recovery and aesthetics. I wasn’t quite ready at the time. However, recently we made the 3 hour trip to go back to Dr Elena at North Bristol Hospital. I could not be happier with the outcome, the look, her work is impeccably neat and precise, she cares about you as a person and what the end goal is but keeping you grounded with realistic expectations. The staff at the North Bristol Hospital are so welcoming, friendly, non judgmental and couldn’t do enough for you. I honestly cannot thank everyone enough. I had an excellent experience at the North Bristol private hospital when I went to have my surgery. Elena made me feel very comfortable in my body when doing any appointments and consultations, the staff were all lovely and set me at ease throughout the whole process which was quite nerve racking for me as it was a big surgery, and especially the nurses after the surgery were a huge help and took all of my concerns seriously. The standard of care is clearly very high and despite it being a new hospital it didn’t feel like it was lacking anything (plus the toast was very good, would recommend)

I recently had multiple surgeries with Dr Elena and her team at North Bristol Private Hospital. I had the most wonderful experience and I'm soooo glad I had my procedures where I did! Dr Elena has given me exactly what I wanted with a genuinely fabulous and nuanced eye for aesthetics; Dr P was the most attentive and thoughtful anaesthetist, and the nurses Sam, Manny, Anaja and Natasha took exceedingly good care of me! I could not have asked for more. The ever accommodating administration manager, Lynn, was also excellent and guided me through the prep stages and continues to assist now I'm recovering at home. I was of course nervous on the day, but I experienced no pain whatsoever and I really had the most lovely time in beautiful surroundings while everyone ran around after me, making tea and bringing me lovely food. Nothing was too much trouble and I feel the confidence that the whole team demonstrated really helped to put me at ease. I recommend North Bristol wholeheartedly and if ever I opt for anything further, I would not wish to go anywhere else. Absolute 10/10 experience!

I have recently had my mummy makeover surgery here. Firstly Elena my surgeon was amazing. She understood everything i wanted to improve and shared so much care and compassion. You can really tell Elena loves to make people look and feel amazing! I am still recovering but i’m over the moon with the results already!! Secondly, the care from all the staff is second to none! The atmosphere is calming and i felt everyone really cared i had the best experience possible. Everywhere and everything was super clean! i would definitely recommend this hospital. i will 100% return if need be, even if it is a 2 and half hour drive from home. Brilliant hospital and terrific staff! I was looked after by the lovely nurse Rekha, who was very attentive, caring and professional. Dr Elena was exceptional, and I’m ecstatic with my results. Receptionists were very friendly and approachable!

My room was very comfortable and peaceful, allowing a restful overnight stay. The menu options were tasty, coffee, cold drinks, you name it, I had it! From walking in the front door for my consultation, to exiting after my operation, the level of care from all members of staff was exquisite. Elena is an amazing surgeon and put me at ease about my whole procedure, while still managing my expectations and being realistic on my recovery etc. My night nurse, Rekha, went above and beyond what I expected, and made my overnight stay feel almost like a holiday. Even the anaesthesiologist, receptionist, and other members of staff who I didn’t get to have long conversations with, left a positive impression on me with how lovely they were. It’s clear to me that they all care about their jobs greatly, and it shows. Even once I was at home recovering, I got calls to check up on me to ensure that all the help and advice I was given before I left the clinic was going smoothly. It sounds too good to be true, but NBPH is just that good. I am so grateful to have found this place, thank you!

I have just had surgery at North Bristol Private hospital. From my very first consultation, to admission, and my overnight stay I have been extremely well cared for. All of the staff have been the most professional, caring and friendliest people you could ever wish to be cared for. The result as of my surgery are exceptional even less than 24 hours after my procedure. I would highly recommend NBPH to anyone considering a cosmetic surgery procedure.

Whilst not being a patient I was privileged to have a tour of this new purpose built facility and was very impressed to say the least. Very well designed with the patient journey always considered.

I received an email regarding this new hospital opening and let me tell you one thing ladies. It's been almost 5 years since I had the "pleasure" to meet Dr. Elena, back when she was still based in Eastbourne, East Sussex and I still haven't mentally recovered from my consultation for a potential breast implant surgery. I was charged £150 non refundable fee for this appointment (to pay for 30 minutes of her precious time) only to be basically shamed for how my breasts look and to be told I can't expect miracles (not something you want to hear from a plastic surgeon that should be cutting into you for about £8,000 of your own hard earned money) or that my skin won't stretch enough - without even asking what size I would have in mind - which wouldn't be bigger than B-C cup! I have never been humiliated and talked down to this much in my life, and I left the hospital in tears absolutely traumatised and put off any possible future breast surgery! If you can, try contacting anyone else but her. The only reason I chose a female surgeon back in the day was because I was ashamed to get undressed in front of a male, and what a mistake I've done! Mistake that cost me £150 and a mental trauma for life which resulted in me never wanting to risk reaching out for help regarding my issue ever again. If I could turn back time I would definitely choose a male surgeon (because men at least like women breasts by nature so would care about the outcome of their work :) )

Where do I begin !? If I could give more than 5 stars I would !! The hospital is clinically clean and has been designed with patients comfort and health in mind. My room had its own bathroom, tv ( Netflix) , heating , trays , wardrobe and the most comfortable reclining bed. The hospital feels like a resort and is extremely homely. The staff felt like family and where there for me every beck and call. food options were amazing covering all sorts of dietary requirements and held a tasty variety. My plus one was treated like royalty supplied with comfy seating within my room and offered many drinks / food extreme attention , artistry and care has been used to make this hospital and it SHOWS . this is your sign to book that consultation

I recently had abdominoplasty with muscle repair at this new hospital north Bristol. From my first welcome by Lynn to meeting other staff members, the anaesthetist, recovery nurses, night nurses I felt very very looked after not to mention Ms Prousskaia herself who is such a skilled surgeon I will not go anywhere else. Elena also carried out a facelift for me previously so I had no doubts about attending her new private hospital. Thank you to everyone who looked after me. I've had my second check up and am delighted with the results and looking forward to my 4 month check up.

I cannot fault the Team or the outstanding north Bristol private hospital. I knew from my first consultation with Elena that I wanted to go with her for my surgery. I felt I was in very safe and experienced hands. This also goes for all the staff at nbph they’re all so professional and cannot do enough for you. My experience at the North Bristol Private Hospital was excellent! I had a breast uplift with implants that required an overnight stay and could not find a single fault. The process on the day of surgery was quick and easy and the room was modern with an en-suite and TV which was great but the best part was the staff. Nothing was too much trouble and you felt incredibly looked after - You are supported throughout. I had 0 worries as every single team member both in and out of theatre made me comfortable - Thank you 😊

I would highly recommend Elena and her wonderful team at NBPH. My surgery went perfectly and I always felt cared for, respected and able to contact the team if ever I needed to. In the lead up to and on the day of my surgery all the nurses were wonderful. They all made me feel at ease, even though I was feeling really nervous. The hospital is beautiful and very clean. I would like to say a special thank you to Rekha, the night nurse. She was truly an angel and such a lovely, caring lady who made my overnight stay a really positive experience. Elena is a kind and attentive surgeon, you never feel rushed and she is happy to answer any questions. She is so talented and I trusted her completely. My results are amazing and I’m so very glad I finally found the courage to have my surgery and with a wonderful doctor, it really is life changing!

I can’t rate my experience at the North Bristol Hospital any higher. Since my first consultation to my follow ups, everyone has been so lovely and attentive. They really made me feel at ease and not nervous about my surgery, I felt like I was in a safe space and as my first experience staying overnight at a hospital I was very chilled and I didn’t want to leave! The food was very yummy and everything was very clean at a high standard (as you would expect). I cannot praise Elena and her team highly enough! My care (which is still ongoing) has been second to none! I was extremely nervous after experiencing dreadful care elsewhere, but all the staff were very reassuring and I needn’t have worried! Elena’s professionalism is outstanding, and the hospital reflects this.. everything is immaculate, everything runs efficiently and the care provided by all staff, was phenomenal! Sam, my recovery nurse was amazing, she was so caring and went above and beyond to make my stay and recovery trouble free.. Rose, who looked after me during the night was so lovely and nothing was too much trouble.. Lynn and the admin team were also very friendly and were always on hand to answer any questions .. I must also mention the most important part of my stay, which of course was the actual surgery, Elena is a tremendous surgeon and I had the utmost trust in her skills.. I cannot recommend Elena (and the team) more highly! I went to Elena with concerns of excess breast tissue growth underneath/next to my arms/armpits, I had been to see multiple surgeons before and none of them could help me. Elena understood everything I was asking for and has completely transformed me! Not only Elena, but the whole team of nurses and staff are so incredibly welcoming. It has been the best experience!
