    Tara is an inspiration to us all. She puts her heart and soul into all her routines and makes it fun! I live in Spain, so I do her online workouts and some of the workouts are 10, 20 and 30 mins and they work! If you want to get fit for the summer or just feel great about yourself, why not have a look at her online workouts if you can't make it to the 'live' ones! Highly recommended.

    I was recommended to check out Tara's Paracise classes by a wonderful fitness trainer in our area, who knew that I had enjoyed ballroom dancing for many years when I was younger. Oh my word what a recommendation that proved to be. Tara's classes are a tonic for wellbeing. Her easy, positive manner and gentle teaching style leave me smiling every session. Time flies by in every session and I would recommend Tara and her Paracise classes to anyone looking for a low impact, eclectic mix of toe tapping music to lift the spirits and a lovely supportive atmosphere in which to exercise.

    Tara’s classes online and in person are excellent. She offers options for all abilities and always make you feel included and that you’re doing well. She’s an inspiring, friendly and approachable instructor who is worth her weight in gold. I’d definitely recommend Uplift to anyone interested in getting fitter.

    I've enjoyed Tara's classes immensely. She makes sure that everyone's needs are met and is mindful of the need to adapt exercises for those who have reduced mobility/disabilities. She ensures that all participants are included.

    Love UPLIFT classes. I have been going to Tara's Uplift classes for over 2 years. Her dance exercise routines really work the whole body .Tara will give us alternatives to make us work harder,if we want to or if we can and there is no pressure or judgement. Pure fun fitness.

    Paracise is a feel-good experience. Easy to follow step and stretch routines to great music. Tara is fun and friendly as are the other ladies that take part. The 45 minute class helps your posture and your poise and lifts your mood!

    I and my friend Pat enjoyed our fitness classes for 2 years or more with Tara before lockdown, unfortunately we are not able to return on line, or indeed in person having myself a bad knee and Pat having to look after her husband who has dementia. I can thoroughly recommend this fitness class which was very enjoyable and productive in making me fitter, but lockdown curtailed my continuing with them. Thank you Tara and Best wishes.     Tara’s online classes have been a godsend during the pandemic, keeping my body moving and my mind calm. Now that we can attend community classes they have become a chance to meet new friends, laugh and get some exercise at the same time. Everyone is very friendly and I look forward to my classes, missing them if I’m unable to attend. Having mobility issues is no barrier, Paracise is the perfect solution, with moves designed to mobilise your joints in a safe manner. Perfect way to keep fit and healthy
