I came to Benefit today to have my brows waxed and tinted for the first time since having my baby. Amera talked me through everything and made my brows look amazing and made me feel beautiful. She was really kind and gave me a really good service. I will definitely be back. Thank you.

The John Lewis Benefit brow bar in Milton Keynes is great because it is a little more private than other locations. Booked a wax for me and my sister after years away from Benefit. Ameera was attentive and thorough, explaining everything and not rushing through the appointment. It was a great experience and wonderful to be back with Benefit. Our brows are extremely neat and tidy. Exactly what we asked for.

Visited the Benefit counter in John Lewis today. The lovely Ameera was so helpful to my mum and I. She showed us lots of products and helped us both with our skin care routine. She took time to explain all about the products as well as showing us how to use them. She took so much time with us and wasn’t at any stage “pushy”, which we have experienced in other places.
