Very well laid out, spotlessly clean. If I were to stretch to find a criticism it would be that I would have liked a facility to clean my windscreen while waiting a short time (due to the available KW of the charger which range up to 350kw) to finish charging and grab a coffee. It's definitely of of the best charging hubs I've been too.

If this is the future of filling stations, count us in. Great location for a quick Costa Coffee and charge up. The on site Post Office and M&S are also very useful. It’s even great hanging around here and sitting in the sunshine electric car spotting. Somehow, there is a range of electric cars upstairs that are unlock for any future ev purchasers to explore. The Tesla Model Y is an impressive car.

Not on a regular route for me but went to investigate and top up from the cheaper 22kW charger😉. Pleasantly surprised to find a 7 day post office on site. Computer Gaming area if travelling with those into that - I'm not personally in a position to rate that though. Covered, well lit EV charging area as it should be and rarely is. Well done👍👏 I would really want to see the external car lift to showroom in operation 😇

Brilliant place to charge, 20 odd rapid chargers under cover and half a dozen or so fast chargers just out of the cover and a Tesla Supercharger with 6 chargers. Plenty of benches to sit outside or chairs and tables inside. There's a small shop inside with a load of food and a Costa with friendly staff. There's a couple of exercise bikes upstairs with some nicely appointed toilets, a few meeting pods and a kids play area. Could do with an outside play area for kids when the weather is good other than that a much nicer option than a regular service station. Edit: the solar panels don't do much sheltering when it rains. The indoor kids area kept my 3 year old happy for 40 minutes.

Had a brilliant charging session here for my Leaf. The lounge and the coffee shop was great, a really different experience!

Great modern electric vehicle charging city with lots of petrol station pumps like charge stations. Up to 90kW and 350kW fast chargers as well as slow charge points available along with 6 Tesla superchargers.

I came all the way from Canada to visit after seeing it on YouTube many times. What a fantastic place and hands down what EV charging should be. Plugged my hire Polestar in and the dispensers are extremely fast as advertised. Staff was extremely friendly and there to help.

This is the best charge hub! Very fast and efficient chargers and always working. Then you have a lovely lounge to relax in, Costa Coffee and a small M&S to by any essentials you may need. Always feel really chilled when I've been and charged here.

Good for charging and relaxing but terrible for food choice. If you're looking for food with your charge, there are much better choices. It's no wonder you see so many people sitting in their car eating food purchased elsewhere. This place sets the new standards for EV charging. It’s definitely raised the bar on what we all should be expecting from EV forecourts. This is the future, with cutting edge tech and awesome customer experience. Great hospitality shown to my kids, who didn’t want to leave, and this is the main reason for going electric - a better greener future for the next generation. Awesome work GRIDSERVE!

What an amazing place! Plenty of chargers to choose from. Just drive in, plug in, tap your card..done!! No need for apps! By the time you've visited the brilliant facilities and had a coffee, relaxing in one of the very comfy arm chairs your car is fully charged and ready to go! A stress free start and end to our holiday.

Lots of charging points. The staff are really helpful in guiding the best points to use and how to get the most out of your car. Facilities are modern, clean and good. Costa, WH Smiths, M&S and post office are all available seven days a week. Easy to keep kids entertained whilst charging with big touch screens and colouring tables. There is also an exercise bike area that is free for anyone to use.

Just superb. Lots of free chargers, clean area. Nice coffee. This is the future and its going to be awesome. You could even get over the premium price for leccy. Its just that nice. Ccs 90kw charger.

Very easy to use electric vehicle charging hub. Many chargers and has a nice waiting area to relax, which is clean and tidy. This is my third visit.

Plenty of high spec chargers that are well laid out, so it was very easy to park next to free charging points. Small but quality service area, this is the future of "refuelling". Current fossil fuel suppliers need to look at this as a model for their forecourts!

Incredible site and blueprint for what the future of EV charging looks like. Used the Tesla stalls, of which there are 6. Decent speed achieved, excellent facilities - impressive, including a post office and gym area

Fabulous facilities and very fast charging. Really bright, modern and well designed. Lovely Costa coffee shop, M&S , Post Office and W H Smith all within the main building plus the Gridserve area which seems to have EV for trial, lease, rental? Plenty of test drive opportunities and some interesting looking vehicles. There are plenty of charge points for Tesla (150kw) and other vehicles (up to 350kw) so could easily be in and out before coffee is made

Awesome charging station, part of the Gridserve network, makes charging your EV an absolute pleasure. Have used the Tesla Superchargers here a number of times now, always have availability and when charging they are super fast. Inside there is a nice M&S and Costa, where I always find the staff to be nice and friendly, albeit a little slow to serve. Nice outdoor area which is great to walk the dog when breaking up a journey. Highly recommended.
