It was my first time at Ed’s and I must say, I was impressed. Ed has an abundance of skills and knowledge and a vision. At my consultation, he knew immediately what the issues were with my hair and knew what I wanted without me having to say. My little girl came in to get her hair done - this was the first time she had full control of what she wanted doing as she is 10 now. Francesca was so lovely. She listened to S and went through what she wanted, gave her advice, gave her the full works regarding being treated like more of a grown-up, and also shared with me how to properly blow out S's new waterfall fringe (which I never would have known so that was also much appreciated). A fantastic experience. Ed is so friendly and an expert in his field. Before he started, we discussed any fears that I had and he reassured me on the process. I am extremely happy with the results of my Brazilian Blow and will definitely be back once I need another treatment in a few weeks time. All the staff who I dealt with were so lovely ... brilliant salon.

I ordered an Alpha Italia hairdryer on a 24 hour Royal Mail delivery but it actually took a week to arrive - all the fault of Royal Mail. Ed’s hair couldn’t have been more helpful and attentive with tracking the hairdryer and keeping me informed. I thoroughly recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again.

I’ve been having my hair done by Marco since May 2022. Marco has listened to how I want my colour to look and always ensures it looks exactly as I prefer it to be (vibrant red). He also follows my request not to take too much hair off when cutting. Marco knows exactly how I like my hair and he delivers top results every time. All the team members are so lovely, welcoming and professional. I always feel like a valued client.
