Had a superb meal in the restaurant a couple of weeks back and an equally delicious takeaway this week. Top class Indian food and service with a smile. The best of all the local Indian food options.

Our first visit today and will definitely be returning. We arrived at 6pm on a Saturday evening and it was already busy. There was a constant flow of people collecting takeaway too. The restaurant had a nice vibe and the staff were fabulous. They obviously have a lot of regulars and make an effort to get to know and remember them. The food was excellent...we all enjoyed our starters and mains. Highly recommended.

Lovely restaurant, very cosy atmosphere. The garlic lamb chop starter was very juicy and tender. Fresh nan bread with lamb vindaloo ooof and yummy. There was 20 of us just walked in and they provided sittings immediately. Staffs were very friendly and provided a great service. Overall a very satisfying meal enjoyed with my family.

We called in early one Tuesday evening on a completely unplanned visit. It's very unassuming from the outside, but don't let that fool you. Everything was a wonderful surprise from the food, to the knowledgeable, friendly and polite staff to the low, ambient lighting and private booths. I would imagine it's busy at weekends, we'll definitely be going again, it's my new favourite restaurant 😋

Great choice of dishes. There's definitely something for everyone. The service was quick and friendly. Dim lighting gave a nice warm atmosphere.

Came for our wedding anniversary. First time visiting and would recommend myself and my husband really enjoyed it. Nice food and relaxed atmosphere. Lovely lady waitress couldn't do enough for us making our anniversary lovely. Will definitely be back

Very fast service, they genuinely want you to have an enjoyable evening. Food always nice and the beers are always cold. Lovely staff in a lovely restaurant.

Had takeaway here the other night simply because we just moved in and it was a flyer through the door (normally hate these) — Glad we ordered though, best Indian I’ve ever had in the U.K. and the ingredients and the way it’s all cooked is really authentic. Would give more stars if I could!

Had an excellent meal for 4 last night - all of the dishes were superb and the variety of rices available made an nice change. The service was excellent and we will definitely be returning soon.

This was our first visit to The Bengal Tiger Lily, but will definitely not be our last. Food was excellent, staff were very friendly and the restaurant decor was lovely, especially the big tree in the middle. Cant wait to come back. Highly recommended.

We thought it was about time we give Bengal Tiger Lily a try since friends had recommended we go here...and we were not disappointed. The service was faultless, every staff member was polite, kind and helpful. The restaurant had a lovely feel to it, and the food was very tasty. We highly recommend, and we shall definitely be back.

Loved the sauces which came as dipa along with Papadom or papad as it is called in India. Great ambiance, service was a tad bit slow. Food was amazing. Very close to actual Indian cuisines and first time experienced tandoori chicken as a sizler. Prawn biryani suggested.

Just absolutely fantastic. Simply unbeatable. Flavours, service and atmosphere all 10/10.

The location of the restaurant is ideal for Macclesfield, Congleton, Alderley edge and Knutsford. They have good parking facilities, I've been coming here for years and have never run into a problem. The interior of the restaurant is the perfect setting for an Indian meal. The lighting is dim and sets a calm mood. Perhaps the best feature of the restaurant is the tree in the middle, yes, that's right a tree! The food itself is all fresh and delicious. The service is very friendly, and the prices are good. Overall, it is most certainly my favourite restaurant.

For the last 2 weeks I have walked in on a Friday night on my way to camping out in my Motorhome with the kids - the staff couldn’t be any more accommodating. I foolishly didn’t book but the staff managed to fit us in. The food is absolutely excellent and all of us loved it. The portions are huge and the quality of everything is excellent. Thankyou so much. Matt
