Best massage I've had in a long time. My shoulders were so tight and immediately felt a huge release of tension and pain. Will be my regular massage salon from now on. I've been going to Laroma Therapies for about 2 years now and can highly recommend it. Lauren and her team are amazing, such friendly, caring and professional people, greeted by big smiles they make you feel welcome as soon as you go in the door. Laroma is a true sanctuary where your well-being is top priority. All the treatments are delivered by the best therapists who really understand how to help restore, revive or relax you depending on your needs. It’s my favourite place to be, as a mid week revival or especially at the end of a long week. I’ve been coming here for years, having every type of treatment on offer and can thoroughly recommend an Indian Head massage for the ultimate relaxation, a deep tissue massage for relieving tension (especially if you have a desk bound job!), holistic facial for feeling pampered or a warm bamboo or hot stone to truly melt away the stresses of the week. Reiki sessions with Lauren are incredibly restorative and help me find balance and peace when I’m feeling overwhelmed. Laroma is a little piece of heaven!

I was very nervous going as Id never had a massage before but Lauren was so down to earth and friendly and made me feel so at ease as soon as I walked in there! I had a Swedish massage to help with my neck pain and can honestly feel such a difference after just a 50 minute session. I have been visiting Laroma Therapies for the last 3 years. Every time I go I am greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. The atmosphere is wonderful and calm, and the smell of Insense fills the air. I have 2 massages a month, normally a sports massage from Jay and a deep tissue and hot stones massage from either lauren or Sarah. I have found the sports massage invaluable in the treatment of my bicep and shoulder pain which then allows me to continue with my weekly gym routine. I feel like I'm walking on air after my deep tissue/ hot stone massage. I can't recommend this business enough, thank you Laroma Therapies

One of the best massages I’ve had in a long time, I will definitely be returning. Laroma is a peaceful haven in the town centre, and Lauren was very accommodating and skilful at easing out tension in my shoulders. I felt truly relaxed after my Swedish massage.

A calming relaxing environment with aromatic smells that make you feel at peace. I treated myself to a hot stone massage on my knotted and tense shoulders and back. Jamie worked wonders and left me feeling stress free and rejuvenated. In the ambience of the setting I was able to drift away and came out looking forward to my next visit. I would give this place 5 stars without any hesitation.

I’ve been here a few times and am totally in love with the ambience and healing energy this Santuary gives you! It feels like your in another world. I just had an Hawaiian massage with Lauren omg!!! She’s quite a special lady and I feel like a new woman! This place is amazing!! Thank you for taking care of me I feel really lucky to have found this absolute gem of a place!
