I use to love having facials but for a long time I couldn't find anyone that enticed me to go back until I found Lou. Her facials are bespoke and just blew me away. I absolutely loved the little touches she added. I felt totally relaxed and was planning my next visit in my mind. I can't wait!!!! I received the pregnancy massage bundle as a gift for my birthday and treated myself to some lovely treatments towards the end of the third trimester. Lou made me feel super comfortable and was very passionate and professional about her work. Her studio is very warm and welcoming and I really enjoyed the whole experience and would definitely recommend.

Lou once again has provided me with an hour of total MOT. I love that she will not make me decide on what I have until I’m in the room. I’ve had reflexology, facial, massage, Indian head massage and have come out feeling like I’ve had every part of my body looked after. She is totally recommended - a legend!!

My sister bought me the pregnancy bundle as a gift, from the first encounter Lou was welcoming, professional and passionate about her work. She took time to discuss my needs and expectations as well as any concerns with pain during the pregnancy, it is clear that Lou has a good understanding of massage and reflexology during pregnancy and I felt very safe and relaxed. Throughout the 4 appointments Lou was friendly and made it clear that the treatments were flexible and I could decide if I wanted to change the treatment at the last minute depending on how I was feeling which is very helpful when you are heavily pregnant. I would definitely return for more treatments and would not hesitate to recommend to everyone I know!

Lou was great, my husband bought me the pregnancy package for my birthday and it was such a treat every week - I always got home feeling rested and pampered. I really appreciated the flexibility in the package too where perhaps I needed some more support on my neck & back or a hand massage to support my poor swollen and sore hands!! I've never had reflexology before and had been seeing Lou's details pop up on social media channels for a while. I had been feeling a bit blurgh since the new year as well as really achy and stiff, so decided to bite the bullet and treat myself to a combined massage and reflexology session. The effects were quite staggering. It’s hard to explain but I felt reset, more focused and motivated and just a lot happier afterwards as well as physically more comfortable. Ever since, my sleep report has shown that I have been sleeping deeper and therefore have had a higher quality sleep. I don’t know whether it is all just because it was such a lovely fun appointment or it is indeed the magic of reflexology and massage but I am now convinced that this needs to be a regular fixture in my life. I have already rebooked for a couple of week's time.

I couldn’t recommend Lou enough! I just had a two hour body massage, Indian head massage, facial and reflexology combo. It was amazing! I felt so relaxed - I very nearly fell asleep at numerous points! I can honestly say it was one of the best massages I have ever had. Lou’s treatment room was cosy, clean, quiet, peaceful and beautifully decked out. A solid 5 stars!

What an amazing experience! I was treated to the pregnancy package that Lou offers by my husband for my birthday. It consists of four, hour long treatments. These treatments can all be tailored to your preferences, so for example i changed my fourth treatment to a facial as i enjoyed it so much. Lou is incredibly adaptable and welcoming. I recently had a one hour treatment with Lou - 30 minute massage and 30 minute reflexology. The massage was one of, if not the best massage I have ever had. She got rid of all my knots and tension without any of the pummelling you usually have. Felt totally relaxed and like I could move again. It was my first time having reflexology at it was fascinating, I really enjoyed it. Her cabin was also spotless and such a lovely calm environment. What a lovely lady with magic hands! Will definitely be back again soon :)

I have been seeing Lou for both massages and reflexology for months now. She tailors her treatments to whatever I need each session and her massage space is beautiful and relaxing. She's also super lovely and great to talk to! Highly recommend!!

Treated myself to an hour’s combination of neck and shoulder massage together with a mini facial and head massage. Absolute bliss! Lou is wonderful! Always feel super relaxed and recharged after treatments in her little cosy room. Self care in pregnancy for me was the bundle of treatments she offered - all of which had me fall asleep mid treatment and guaranteed a good nights sleep that evening. Can’t wait to get back soon after having baby.
