I can highly recommend the treatment rooms. This was my first hot stone massage. It was extremely effective in reducing my muscle knots and I felt totally relaxed after my treatment. Thank you, I look forward to my next visit!

5 Stars for a fabulous BNS massage by Sarah who really listened to which areas needed addressing., 4 stars given because the room was cold and the couch didn't seem to have a heated under-blanket as my friend in the next room had a lovely warm room and heated blanket. I did mention this to the therapist and reception at the time - it was unconformable lying there with my back exposed for the 45 minutes. I will return but I would like a warm room next time.

Really lovely facial treatment with Jessie she was so lovely and made me feel so comfortable also she was so knowledgeable and really made time to check in with my skin concerns and address them! Haven’t had an experience like it before, looking forward to coming back :)

Absolutely blissful hot stone massage by Sarah today. Very relaxing, perfect pressure and it felt like time slowed down so it wasn’t over too quickly which was lovely. The addition of the relaxation room before and after was great too so you don’t have to rush back out.

What an exceptional experience! I've been waiting to have this treatment for months after recieving a gift voucher. Sarah took a lot of care making sure I was comfortable throughout the session and is absolutely expert in providing the most relaxing body treatment I've ever had. The rose products are just as luxurious as described on the website and I feel incredible. It is the perfect thing to do for a bit of self care.

The rooms were beautiful and felt luxurious and comfortable. The massage table was so comfortable and warm I couldn't help but relax. All the staff were solicitous and professional. I had a Hot Stones Massage with Veronica and it was amazing and very relaxing! I booked an hour and I am so pleased I did as the time went by quickly. Veronica was excellent. I had knots in my shoulders which she worked on and they have all gone. The atmosphere is lovely and all the staff were friendly. I enjoyed relaxing in the Relaxation room for a bit before hand too. I had one of the best massages ever today. I opted for the total body and face stress reliever and it even came with a mini facial at the end. Jessie was great and used the perfect pressure. I have left feeling great

A very relaxing and indulgent experience! The Aromatherapy rose facial was very relaxing. The therapist Sarah was experienced, professional and friendly. Also, Veronica at reception was kind and friendly and ensured I had SPF 50 afterwards as it was a very sunny day. Thank you! Highly recommended!

I had an amazing deep-tissue, de-stress massage. It was wonderful. My therapist was lovely and friendly, she made me feel completely at ease and relaxed. She knew exactly what to do with the knots in my back and neck muscles and gave a fabulous massage. I felt so relaxed afterwards. The place itself is spot on, with soothing music, warm heated beds, calming scents and subtle lighting.

I have had two treatments with Sarah now and both have been so incredibly relaxing and nourishing! Sarah is so warm and friendly and makes me feel very calm and in safe hands, my skin is now glowing! Thank you so much!

Lovely welcome and a short wait before my therapist came to collect me. Really lovely and relaxing massage, taking the time to get into the stiffness and knots in my shoulders. The environment is always so relaxing too. The relaxation room afterwards had broken heating but I didn’t notice this at all because they offered blankets and a hot water bottle. This is a little oasis of calm in the centre of Brighton. The staff are lovely and I have been really pleased with the treatments I have had there. Their points scheme is a bonus as you can build up enough points for a free treatment. Highly recommend.

This was my first facial and will not be my last. Heather was wonderful, such a delicate but warm and firm touch and my face felt so good after. I would highly recommend this facial to improve and hydrate skin and also just to feel relaxed and pampered. Thank you Heather!
