Excellent service from Ben and Spencer, had an amazing deal within 5 minutes of contacting Megaspas with my requirements and the hottub was delivered and placed in position in a timely, professional manner and Ben took time to talk me through how to operate my spa and went through chemicals and gave some sound saftey advice as we had children going in the spa.Told to call if unsure about anything. 10 out of 10, thanks for a great positive and easy experience Megaspas.

Outstanding service from Spencer and the team. The previous owner of our house left behind a 20ft swim spa and hot tub that we no longer wished to maintain. We were concerned about the resale and moving it off the property (as it had to be craned into place originally). Wow... what can I say but WOW. Spencer and Ben were awesome amazing blokes. I contacted Spencer about a Hot tub. The one I was enquiring about had gone. (no surprise, the prices are amazing) Told him my budget and what I was looking for, He very quickly sent over some options of different ones that may be suitable. Asked about one of them and agreed that I would purchase it, He had it here the next day, Kept me up to date on arrival time. Turned up, got the tub round the back of the house onto the patio all wired up and all I had to do was fill it up, Even messaged me in the evening to make sure I filled it up ok and had no problems. If you are looking for anything hot tubs etc, I recommend contacting these guys... Thank you for all your help.

Excellent friendly service from beginning to end. Ben & Terry removed our spa with extreme care making sure our garden was protected and no plants were damaged even though there were a number of very tight points and bends on the patio and drive. Many thanks
