Cant score lower, damp everywhere cold and no help what so ever, emergency accommodation for the council but shout have some standard at least, seriouse health risk for asthmatic sufferers amd serious mental helth problems

This place isn't somewhere that you feel welcome, I was welcomed by a warden, that's correct, I call her that because she immediately told me a list of the things I couldn't do, your not even allowed to have friends or family in, you can't associate in any other guests rooms, no WiFi! What are those words again? Ah that's it,, I'm a celebrity get me outta here!

No wifi! Smells and all you live on is pot noodles and the woman accused me and my partner for something we haven't done. It was disgusting there full of damp the corridor smellt funny and you cant even have your family over or friends. You cant go in other people's rooms and make friends there its pathetic.

SmellS very dusty an old the woman is not friendly she likes to shout instead of talk to you and because an incense candle was lit she accused family member of smoking cannabis in the room she also waited until we left and went through All of our luggage . was supposed to be there for a week left after 2 days
