An excellent in-store experience. Ken was very attentive and thorough in talking through the different options / pricing for the hex dumbells I was buying. He is an absolute credit to the company; I saw him helping an elderly buyer in a similarly attentive manner. The service was truly above and beyond my expectations, and absolutely justifies going in-store rather than buying online. Ken even carried the weights out to the car for me... although I guess I will need to start lifting them at some point... ; )

Very poor quality products - see pics! Purchased as a gift so really annoyed. DPD driver left it outside in the damp too - didn't ring the bell or knock, just lent it against a wall. I can only assume it's a display model or 'second', although it wasn't advertised as that. Expected far better service than this Powerhouse. I've emailed a complaint via your website. Not a happy customer.

Five star service by Gyorgy in store. We went in to try studio bikes. He was highly knowledgeable and balanced in his advice. We bought the Nordtitrac S22 and some weightlifting equipment. Really appreciated the expertise he had to offer and his friendly approach. We are very likely to go back to try before we buy. I am very glad I didn’t buy online. I contact the Nottingham branch as i wanted to purchase a Nordiktrac S22i whilst on offer but i wanted the delivery delayed by two weeks. Everything was done with complete ease and with zero fuss. Well done guys 10/10
