    This place is something else! I'm on my third session and wow, they somehow just keep you going. Rob and Gemma are so helpful and get the best out of you. You will not find a better workout with such a sense of community to match! Amazing 👏

    I love being part of the MY community, Rob really goes out of his way to make sure you are in the right track with your fitness goals. All the coaches are amazing and there’s a really community spirit. If you’re looking to improve your fitness or just want to feel part of something MY is the place to go!!

    Have only recently joined but I’m really enjoying the challenge and variety of sessions at CrossFit Muscle Yard, & having fun while learning new skills too. The coaches are really friendly and super helpful for newbies like me plus everyone else whose training are really welcoming and happy to help. I really recommend it for anyone new or old to fitness as it caters for all

    Loving CrossFit Muscle Yard, everyone is really friendly and very welcoming. The workouts are intense but the trainers support and push you all the way. Receive loads of support from the owner Rob and it really helps with my motivation. Would highly recommend this Box

    Why didn’t I find CFMY years ago?! When I joined I mentioned I won’t be able to do more than 2 sessions a week (partly due to my work, but also due to never particularly liking exercise!). Well a few months in, and I’ve been 3 x without fail every week and I love it!! (I even want to come more often already!) The coaches are all amazing, and make you feel at ease when you’re new and when you’re struggling. The other members are the same, so lovely 🥰

    The support you get here is like no other, it’s the place to train if you want to build strength and work on mobility. It’s basically an amazing place to train at, the coaches are fantastic and give you the support you need to achieve individual goals and PB’s ;) The members and community is so encouraging and a fantastic bunch of people. Highly recommend!! Once you join you’d regret you didn’t join sooner. :D

    I came across CFMY as i was looking for something that resembled a boot camp for my brother. When i joined CrossFit, i had no intention of staying but just wanted to get my brother into it. Months later, CrossFit has become part of my life. The coaches are great, they bring out the best out of everyone and push you at the same time. The people are so great, special mention to Marc and Rahul. They made me feel welcome and encouraged especially during the first days. I recommend CrossFit muscle yard to anyone who wants to give it a go. You will love it. Ps, it never gets easier, you get used to it. 😎

    I have been allergic to exercise for pretty much my whole life, but decided I needed to try and get into something to not only help myself physically, but also mentally! A friend recommended crossfit muscle yard, and I loved it from the first session. Not only are the coaches so helpful and make you feel at ease, but everyone in the sessions are so friendly and really want to help you do well. Couldn't recommend them more! :)

    Been going to muscle yard for the pass two weeks, had majority of the classes i’ve attended taught by Rob. been into fitness nearly two years now and wanted to find a community within fitness also somewhere to push me to my fullest. the teams down at muscle yard have put together a great fitness hub for all capabilities and I’m great full to be a part of it.

    After training in a commercial gym for years with no plan and not giving my training the effort it needed, I can honestly say starting CrossFit has been the best thing for me. The set out plans are there for you to execute and with the amazing coaches and other members there to hype you up and talk you through the various movements, you can achieve your goals of becoming fitter and have fun doing it!!! Thanks rob and the amazing coaches for creating a space for everyone to feel welcome and smash their fitness goals!

    I recently joined CrossFit Muscle Yard to help improve my strength. If you enjoy pushing yourself and being pushed to be stronger then this is the place for you!! I'm enjoying the variety of sessions and learning new skills I would never have tried before! The coaches are super friendly and knowledgeable and the members are also a supportive group of people. I 100% recommend it. You will always leave the gym buzzing!

    I have absolutely loved my first few weeks training at Cross Fit Muscle Yard. All of the sessions have been fun and challenging; I look forward to every class! The coaches have all been welcoming, friendly and encouraging. There is definitely a strong sense of community at CFMY and I am so glad that I made the decision to join. Thank you Rob and the rest of the team!

    I’ve been a member at Muscle Yard for just over month now and I can honestly say it has been the best decision I could have made. Joining has given me so much more motivation to train, testing me on so many different varieties of exercises I thought I would never try. I was very nervous joining, thinking CrossFit would a little too much for me but each class is adapted for all abilities - you only have to try your best. I’ve loved learning all the new skills, and enjoy being pushed to work to my full ability. The coaches are great, talking you through each exercise, making you feel at ease as are the members! I’ve never been somewhere with such a supportive group of people, I really do recommend Muscle yard whatever stage your at on your fitness journey.

    Crossfit muscle yard is such a welcoming atmosphere, the coaches are really encouraging and supportive. As well as all the other members. I went from having never committed to any exercise and being very unfit, to now a year on still really enjoying and progressing here. Can’t recommend them enough!

    It's my 4th week at CrossFit Muscle Yard now and I absolutely love it! It's tough, it's challenging but oh so fun. The coaches are amazing. As someone who is very (!) unfit I had a bit of anxiety around going and being able to keep up. But the coaches and everyone made me feel so welcomed that I quickly released that fear and am just having fun. Everything, truly everything is scalable. And that makes CrossFit really for everyone. And I am so glad I found CFMY, as this box is such a great community and I couldn't recommend them high enough. Rob and his team of coaches are truly kind and beautiful human beings. Thanks for making me feel at ease and challenging me all the same. I'm hooked and I love it. If anyone is reading this, thinking about trying CrossFit, do it! You have nothing to loose and everything to gain. See you at CFMY :)

    5 weeks in and I’m becoming an addict , great people to be surrounded with such positivity and encouragement . Trainers are on point and the varied workouts make the whole CrossFit experience rewarding and enjoyable - highly recommend to improve both your physical and mental well being , 5 stars !

    Recently joined CrossFit from a recommendation. I am really enjoying the workouts, every day is different which keeps it interesting! Everyone is really friendly especially the team of trainers taking the classes.

    I have had a fab experience so far at CrossFit Muscle Yard. Everyone has been so welcoming and helpful. The support I have received throughout each class has been amazing. You are made feel incredibly comfortable as soon as you walk through the door. I am a complete newbie to CrossFit but not once have I felt like I don’t know what I’m doing. The coaches are awesome and the sessions are so enjoyable! Would 10/10 recommended joining.

👍👍 I would say the best gym in Essex - great equipment, very clean and tidy. The staff & owners make you feel so welcome (like family) I would highly recommend this gym to anyone even those that don’t have the confidence or are beginners in the gym. These guys/girls will make you feel at home!
