A warm welcome by the lovely staff, then a chilled time in the cosy spa area with steam room, sauna. salt room and a meditation suite… then the dreamiest full body massage had me floating on leaving Cloud Twelve this afternoon. The most relaxing midweek reset. Five stars all the way! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had a wonderful spa day with my best friend. The staff were very welcoming. It's a small spa, with a relaxing and cosy atmosphere. The salt room, sauna and steam rooms were great just what we needed on a cold winter's day. The loungers in the relaxation area were superb. The vegetarian lunch with a glass of champagne was delicious, and Louis was a very attentive host. After lunch we had a back, shoulder and neck massage and a facial. I couldn't fault the treatments, my skin felt wonderful afterwards. The only thing that would have made it better would be a choice of larger towelling robes. I'm a size 16 and the towelling robe left me feeling bit exposed when sitting down. My much slimmer friend also felt the size was small. A big cozy towelling robe or blanket would have enhanced the relaxation experience in the relaxation room.

Very relaxing from the moment I walked in, hopefully it is as quiet and calm at other times, not just because of the time of year. The massage from Dorota was amazing, very considerate and communicative on pressure and application. I really enjoy the relaxation area with sauna, steam room and salt room, could’ve stayed longer!

Excellent customer service. You get more than you pay for here. We thoroughly enjoyed our spa experience. From start to finish staff made us feel very welcome. I also enjoyed a wonderful aromatherapy massage from beauty therapist Lola. "Thank you I slept like a new born baby." LOL Further more the relaxation room, sauna & steam room was an enjoyable experience.Overall a great experience. Will definitely recommend and will go back soon.

My mum, sister and I recently had the pleasure of visiting this spa for a day of pampering and relaxation, and I must say, it was an experience beyond compare. I had an lovely experience at Cloud Twelve from the minute I walked in until the second I stepped out. Upon my arrival I was greeted by the lovely receptionists and taken upstairs to the changing rooms and relaxation area. I'd booked myself last minute for the Gaia Bespoke Massage with Ilona, she's such a sweetheart who is also incredibly experienced and very knowledgeable on the techniques she used, some of which I'd never experienced before but was pleasantly surprised. She made sure I was comfortable and overall created a lovely and safe environment for me to relax in. The pressure was perfect and I left feeling a lot more relaxed and she'd helped release a lot of the tightness and I'd been massing up over the last few months in my upper body. I love how the massage was also wellness focused and I was prompted to focus on my breathing and clear my mind, the essential oils were also beautiful! I can't wait to come back and book myself in for another massage as well as explore the other treatments offered. Thank you all!

My friend and I had an absolutely wonderful time at Cloud Twelve for my 26th birthday:) Massages + facials followed by some meditation and using the steam room and sauna...it was dreamy. Despite how incredible the treatments were, the food was honestly the BEST PART. We literally asked if the chef worked at any other kitchens in London because we were so motivated to eat his food again. Beautiful presentation and everything was so delicious. Karen and Paolo made our day and we laughed 90% of the time. Not to mention that everybody else was so kind, the cleaning lady was especially lovely and helped us navigate the spa on multiple occasions. Thank you thank you thank you to all of you!!

It was my husband’s birthday so I treated him to a spa day at Cloud 12. My husband had the back and neck massage and I had the pregnancy massage, it was so amazing and really relaxing. The relaxation room was so nice too, I felt incredibly refreshed. It’s a small space but you feel like a VIP as not many people are in there- it feels like you have the whole spa to yourself. The team were so wonderful and so friendly, they made him feel so special, and treated him to some champagne. The package included a two course meal which was so delicious and threw in a tasty tiramisu with a candle as his birthday cake. The perfect day for my husband can’t recommend this place enough.

I went as a birthday treat for myself and my mum and had a lovely experience. I was greeted by a wonderful receptionist who explained everything in detail and made some excellent recommendations for our 2 course meal! She was excellent and attentive throughout. Our spa experience was a highlight with the back massage and facial and to finish off with a lovely soak in the steam room, sauna and the salt room! The ambience was wonderful! Would definately recommend x

I was treated to the Autumn wellness package by my partner and it was an amazing experience. Lovely, calming atmosphere and really clean and beautiful facilities. The lady who greeted me at the front desk and really took care of me for my visit was really kind, welcoming and friendly. I had a one hour massage with Dorota and that was heavenly. Would definitely recommend and will be returning with friends.

Enjoyed every moment of my experience at Cloud Twelve today! My friend and I had the classic spa retreat. Reception was friendly, the relaxing area was quite tranquil. I had the best massage and a lovely express facial with Karyll, perfect pressure and just amazing, especially on the dolomite quartz bed! The thermal suite was fantastic, really loved the space and being able to use each room. The lunch was delicious, especially paired with a glass of champagne! Comfy robes and lovely facilities, 5-star treatment throughout!

Went for a Hen do, had the place to ourselves. All the staff were lovely, Karen took especially good care and went out of her way for us. The facilities were enjoyable- steam room, sauna, salt room & meditation room. The food was also delicious! I was disappointed with the massage itself and felt my therapist rushed, for the price I paid I would expect a full hour (my massage was ended 10 minutes earlier than what I paid for). I wasn’t given a choice of oils to choose from which my friends were given for their massages. Having had many massages in different places, I wouldn’t say this was my most enjoyable. I also didn’t enjoy the fact that I had cold oil being poured on me (perhaps warming in the masseuse hands or having an oil warmer would be good) as well as a clunking noise from the sink for a good part of my massage made it all less relaxing. Would go again, in the hopes of a better massage which isn’t cut short and more attention given to my therapy.

We had a wonderful experience at Cloud Twelve! We had a tour of the place and facilities with Sven who was friendly and informative. There’s an abundance of things in the Kids Club to help children learn, play and develop. I then used the spa which was nice and relaxing! The entire place is beautiful and clean, with a mix of a luxurious but also cozy feel. It’s a great location in Notting Hill, hidden in a news so away from any busy streets and crowds.

I came to Victoria for regression therapy and had a very liberating experience. The work we went through together has helped me overcome obstacles I was facing and was finding difficult to understand. She took her time to really understand me and what I felt was important. She made me feel relaxed from the very beginning and I felt I could trust her which is something that is important to me. Thank you for helping me transform the way I understand myself and my past. A truly life changing experience.

Could twelve is an oasis from heaven! Coming here for treatments, relaxation or healthy food feels is one of my top priorities. It always makes me feel recharged, rejuvenated and ready to take on the world again! I’m so grateful for the serenity that cloud twelve has created - there’s no where else in London that has this total escape and peacefulness with such a kind and lovely team of people - I couldn’t recommend it higher! I had a treatment with Dr. Alvin, who I fully trust and recommend. He is always professional, my skin looks so much better since I am in his care. Cloud Twelve is a lovely place for pamper. I had my 10 year old son with me who enjoyed his smoothie in Brasserie whilst I was having my treatment done. Perfect.

I had a wonderful aromatherapy massage, two weeks before a deep tissue massage. Felt completely relaxed and calm afterwards both times. The therapists were wonderful and managed to successfully alleviate the tension in my shoulders. The spa area looks great, the atmosphere is very calming and there are never too many people. The neighborhood in Notting Hill where it situated is also amazing. Five stars! Will definitely come again.
