I had a very warm welcome on arrival for my appointment and Rachel’s friendly and warm personality made me feel at ease and relaxed throughout. After a consultation to discuss brow shape etc. Rachel worked a miracle on my brows. I’m a natural redhead with pale skin and wanted a natural looking tint which Rachel achieved to perfection. Rachel’s product knowledge was also excellent which made choosing a new lipstick and mascara a breeze. I’ll definitely be back.

Fantastic brow lamination in the Swansea Boots store with a lady called Tracy. She was very professional and explained every step of the service whilst at the same time checking in that I was happy with the results so far. I am thrilled with my brows, I will definitely return.

I had my eyebrows waxed and tinted today at Benefit in boots Swansea, it was an amazing experience! Tracy, who did my Brows was fabulous and very caring throughout as I have sensitive skin, I left over the moon with my results of my brows and I was lucky enough to have a some mini treatments using the new Pore range benefit has brought out! I was super impressed with how informative the service was, she explained what she was doing at every step and explained all of the benefits of the products. I couldn’t recommend going to see the Girls in Swansea enough! I will definitely be returning.

Tracy did my eyebrow wax and tint and I can’t thank her enough…. She is friendly, knowledgeable on all products and the end results on my brows are amazing! I had an eye mask during my brow treatment, this was a lovely extra touch that not only adds to the experience, but also leaves you feeling refreshed.

Had a fab experience from Rachel today she was friendly and very helpful , made my brows look amazing. She was so bubble and easy to get on with made the whole experience really enjoyable , definitely will be going back ☺️ and got me in for an appointment really quick too.

I had an appointment with Rachel, she was excellent at her job my eyebrows look amazing now. I had a wake and tint done and we had a lovely chat throughout the appointment and it really helped me relax end enjoy the experience. I will definitely be going back.

Had my brows done by Rachel who is just the best! I am so fussy with who do my brows and she gets it spot on! Amazing customer service. So pleased
