Great meal in a busy Saturday evening. Service was very good considering how busy it was. Starters are generally large, you get pita bread and dips while waiting for mains. Mains, although not cheap you go get decent portions.

I had the corn fed chicken shish and it was excellent! It also comes with lavash bread and a chilli dip and another dip. This is the second dish I have had from here and aside from it being incredibly filling, I got 2 meals out of it, it's incredibly healthy food. I would fully recommend this place to anyone!

A very warm and welcoming ambiance with an outstanding service and beautifully presented high quality dishes and cocktails. The prices are reasonable, portions are generous with very little waiting time after ordering. It does get really busy in the evenings so I would recommend booking reservations over the phone. Overall, I enjoyed my visit and will 100% be returning.

Our first time visiting The Cave, the food was so lovely, atmosphere cosy, seating comfortable, service... literally the BEST we have experienced (we have been to a few places over the years😅) So attentive - nothing is too much trouble. Wow, we visited here whilst working in the area. We thought as the other reviews were good & we didn’t have anything else to go on we would give it a try. We weren’t disappointed, the food was amazing- we ordered way to much but we’re given a box to take the rest away with us so that was dinner sorted for the following night! The service was friendly & efficient. If I’m in this area again we will definitely visit again. I’d almost be tempted to drive the 2.5hrs just to come here. Well done team 👏

Went there for a birthday meal and was not disappointed. The food was amazing, and the service was excellent. Will go again and if you haven't already been..... give it a go, you don't know what you're missing.

The food was nice, seems to follow a formula. Starters were very filling, so next time we might have a few starters and share as a main. Staff were lovely, gave us a doggy bag and some extra dips. Bit pricey, but isn't everything!

Really really enjoyed eating here. We took the train from Kings Lynn having heard lots of great reviews from family and friends. We were not disappointed, the staff were extremely friendly attentive and helpful. The food was delicious. Looking forward to my next visit.

Lovely meal and service, but like eating in a fridge!! Very cold room temperature wise. People on table next to us were cold too.Restaurant needs more than one heater in the middle of the room. Radiators were off too! This is the only negative and easy to sort out. Everything else is great.

Absolutely the best place to eat in Downham Market and surrounding areas. The portions are great, the staff are lovely and the flavours are insane!!! So much better than any place I have been to locally. Everything is bursting with flavour and quality
