Fantastic accommodation in Denver. We travelled from Australia to visit friends and family in the local area. We are so glad we found Belle Vue Guest House to accommodate us and will definitely be back. The location is easy to access from the main roads and situated in a calm and quiet town with essential services if needed. Martyn was very welcoming, friendly and helpful throughout the duration of our stay. The rooms were large, clean and comfortable and we had no issues with a longer stay. Great ensuite in the room with large, hot shower. Looking forward to our next trip to Norfolk knowing the ease and comfort of Belle Vue. Thanks very much Martyn!

The Belle Vue was a lovely place to stay, can’t fault it. Our room (the Nottingham) was spacious and well decorated. The bathroom was nice and warm which was great and the shower was amazing, felt so relaxing. The bed is a large king, very comfy, and the sheets felt like great quality. Once the blinds and curtains are shut, the room is pitch black and I slept so deeply that I sleepwalked on one of the nights!!! Best sleep I’ve had in years. The breakfast was really tasty and generous servings. Martyn was very attentive and couldn’t do enough for you. Would definitely stay here again! Big thumbs up !

My husband & I stayed for a weekend in September with our then 2 month daughter. We can't fault it! Beautiful place, great location, style and thoughtful service. We wish they could decorate our place! A few details: - Friendly welcome. We were given a large room with plenty of space for our baby and all the gear (!) and a cot bed (provided) which was all considered by the owner at point of booking - We had a lovely showeroom in our room but since our daughter was only large enough for shallow baths the owners happily let us use an alternative bathroom with a roll top bath. So our baby night time routine was uninterrupted. Perfect! - Very comfortable bed and bedding - Delicious breakfast, great selection, wonderful presentation. - We enjoyed learning about the impressive transformation of the place that the owners have achieved since acquiring it in 2017 - They provide useful recommendations about the area and local eateries. - I left an item in our room, again not a problem, it was posted back to me within days In summary: if only all B&B choices were this easy. Highly recommended

As soon as we arrived we were warmly welcomed and soon felt at home. The Nelson room was spacious and very well appointed with all that you need. Breakfasts were excellent with spot on service. It’s a beautiful old building very tastefully restored and renovated. We’d highly recommend a stay and Martyn and his team will make it a great time I’m sure.

It was our first time in Norfolk and we had a fantastic time at Belle Vue Guest House. Room was beautifully decorated and very clean. Martyn, the host, is brilliant! He made his best to accommodate to our needs. Breakfast was amazing too, very fresh food and they catered for my husband who is on a gluten free diet and my daughter who is allergic to eggs which is not always easy. Location is fantastic to visit Sandringham and lots of beautiful towns in Norfolk.

We just spent a short week at one of their cottages and it was amazing. The owners, Martyn and Louise along with their staff (Allison) were fantastic. The cottage was clean and comfortable in a quiet little village. The breakfast was also great, thanks to Martyn! If you are anywhere near the Downham Market area of the English countryside, I highly recommend this place. You will be quite satisfied!

From the time we arrived met by the lovely Louise, to meeting Martyn we were made to feel very welcomed. Belle Vue is outstanding, our room was stunning, beautifully decorated and the choice of breakfast was amazing, nothing was to much trouble. We certainly would go back. Beautiful B&B/Guesthouse with each room in brand new condition. Clean and very well maintained. Attention to detail of each room a major plus. Breakfast was truly awesome. Martyn and Lou are fantastic hosts and super helpful too. We were a family of 8 and each one of us enjoyed every moment as we felt like our own family home. Netflix and Amazon Prime a great value-add to the decorated rooms. Nice location to base and explore Sandringham Estate and Norfolk. Would love to see a swimming pool and a small gym added in time plus some more parking spaces. Cheers! Denver and Downham are small villages so not much to eat as vegetarians but Ely and Kings Lynn offer several dining options. Denver windmill and Ryston Golf course within walking distances.

We had a very pleasant time in this cottage. The owner was very humble and helpful. Room was very neat and well decorated. Breakfast was super. I will highly recommend this guest house.

If I could give more stars I really would! I was booked in here by my work. This is a hidden Gem! I would return in a heartbeat. As soon as I entered I was greeted by the beautiful smell of fresh flowers! Everyone was extremely friendly and couldn’t have been anymore accommodating. I stayed in The Nelson room, it was everything the pictures I had seen showed perfect! Breakfast was incredible! I only wish I had been there longer to work through the menu properly. I can’t recommend this place enough!

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely guest house. The property is very impressive and has a very quiet relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast was excellent with a great choice to suit all tastes and all served with a smile. Martyn was a very friendly and helpful host who made us feel very welcome. The room was a good size and very clean with a comfy bed.

My wife and I spent three wonderful nights at the Belle Vue. The Wincommon room was very spacious and comfy, and allowed us to start relaxing into an extended trip around Britain. Martyn and Louise were fantastic hosts--they couldn't make us feel more welcome. Martyn had several great suggestions for sightseeing and local restaurants. The road has some traffic during the day but probably mostly local, as it was very quiet at night, so sleeping was not at all a problem. Then the breakfast the next morning was truly outstanding, a special treat. Thank you for a most enjoyable stay!

We stayed for two nights in the Whincommon room. The bed was so comfortable andwas huge, the rain shower was fantastic. Martyn was lovely and friendly. Breakfast had a huge choice and was very good quality. We would definitely stay again.

My daughter and family staying at the cottage which is beautifully furnished and well equipped. Set in pretty location with lovely garden. Would definitely recommend.

Such a gem near Downham Market! I got Nottingham room and was in awe with the interior design. All amenities were provided. It also felt like home away from home. Martyn was so lovely and welcoming, and the breakfast was delicious.
