We were here on a visit and my friend slipped on the cobbles. A taxi driver directed us here but when we got there about 7.45 it was closed. A lovely nurse called Wanda had a look at the injury and said we needed to go to harrogate a and e. I asked her how to get there and bless her she said it was the end of her shift and she would take us. What we didn't realise was it's about 15 miles away. Truly above and beyond. Forever grateful to you Helen and John from Leicester

Absolutely superb service. Kids fall and a scalp injury. Free parking, seen immediately and cleaned and glued in 10 mins. Fabulous, friendly staff. Clean and professional. Cannot recommend this alternative to waiting in A&E enough.

My grown up daughter was unwell recently and had a rash and generally unwell . As I was not at home and it was the weekend. I said to her to pop to the AE department just in the hope they might see her. Which they did thanks to the nurse who was on my daughter had proper checks. then saw a GP had blood tests etc and is now receiving treatment and awaiting a monitor. I think had it not been for them seeing her she would have probably just gone home and left things as they were. Many Thanks to whoever that nurse was.

Trinity ward is NO rehabilitation ward, more an easy pocket money income for lazy GPS and unqualified skanky nursing staff.

I visited RCH on 27.12.18for a appointment. I was taken to the appointment by the hospital transport services. Due to a mix up I had rather a long wait to be picked up. All the staff at thus hospital are fantastic,they are all caring,professional and genuinely care very much. Thank you especially to the ladies on reception who took pity on me and supplied me with tea and biscuits and to the young nurse who lent me her phone to ring my husband. How lucky are we in Ripon to have this fantastic hospital with amazing staff. Thank you.

Amazing service at this community hospital. After developing an extremely painful knee a few days ago whilst on holiday I was seen very quickly. All staff were very kind and professional and able to help me. Thank you.

Visited at 8.30am with swollen ankle after insect bite. Seen immediately by a very professional and efficient practitioner nurse (I think that's correct job title) who cleaned up burst blister and bandaged ankle. Thinking there would be a queue after a Saturday night, I took a book. Hadn't turned a page before being seen. Thank you. Can't praise enough this gem of a community hospital.

I have always found this hospital a very user friendly place. Lovely staff and calm surroundings. Never have to wait long to be seen. Appointments run on time and I can confidently say that I would recommend this hospital to family and friends.
