We really enjoyed the tour, it was very informative, volunteers impressed us with their knowledge. The museum surprised me with the size of collection of weaponry. Worth visiting, i recommend a guided tour, the price is included in the cost of the ticket. Be sure to check the opening times before coming, museum will be closed now till the new season next year.

Great place and some of the most knowledgeable tour guides I've ever come across. A vast selection of exhibits and a fascinating place. Lovely cafe too - cake is fab! Tour takes about an hour and covers the history of the building and external exhibits.

A fascinating slice of local history, hidden away down in Angle. Extraordinary collection of military hardware and to get the most from it you just have to have the guided tour as the guys that talk you through it are brilliantly knowledgeable.

If you are visiting West Wales and interested in our World War history, pay a visit to Chapel Bay Fort Museum. The Fort itself is good to see, and I didn't expect there to be so many military artefacts. The tour guide is very knowledgeable and informative.

Stumbled upon this little gem by chance... It's an absolutely amazing place. Staff are great and very friendly. The tour guide we had was absolutely brilliant. Definitely looking forward to visiting again and looking forward to seeing the continued restoration.

The fort was fantastic and the gentlemen who lead the show around was amazing and truly had a passion for his work. He even kept my 4 year old daughter interested in the fort as he showed us around. Unfortunately the owner was very rude and always butted in and was adamant that we wouldn’t have time to look around all of the museum after paying full price for a show around and rushing us all around as he wanted to shut the fort and made sure that all of us, as paying customers knew he wanted us all to leave with plenty of time left over. He was very rude and off putting, he had no interest in any of us as interested paying customers, he wanted the money and for us all to leave as quickly as possible.

This Fort has been passionately and conscientiously restored by a knowledgeable couple who have made it their life's work to give us a chance to glimpse into how some of our past brave relatives would of Fought to keep our country safe! Between them and the volunteers they have a wealth of knowledge and stories of their experiences to share.. they also have a lovely Cafe where you can get refreshments!

Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The information on the tour was unusual and detailed. The exhibits in the fort are numerous and not often seen elsewhere. Well worth a look. I did not eat at the cafe but the cakes looked delicious. Thank you all staff and owner for all your hard work.
