Amazing experience. The ticket prices are very fair and go to a good cause. The talks and shows are very well put together, they really make an effort to engage with you and help you engage with the birds too! And a cafe, gift shop plus playground are always a bonus.

What an amazing place to visit, very clean and tidy. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about the owls. There was a talk where you could take beautiful photos of your own without the cages in focus. There was an owl flying experience, where Paula the display lady flew three different owls all around the grassy area, the owls landed very near the people watching and flew very close also. Fantastic knowledge about each owl and its habitat. Paula was great and really made the whole experience unforgettable. The tea room was clean and priced much like any attractions.

Not the biggest attraction in Cornwall, but they have done an amazing job of making it interesting and interactive. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and the flying displays were both informative and fun. The owls looked well cared for as did the other animals

My 7 year old is obsessed with birds and was looking forward to this part of our holiday all week. We’ve traveled to many other owl / bird sanctuaries accross the country including dives like the one in Barry (thankfully now closed down) and impressive set ups like the one in Marlborough, and Screech tops them all. A good way to spend a half day in Cornwall, we walked into the venue (a little pricey I might add for a family of 4 @ £40 odd) straight into an owl talk, followed by a wildlife talk with a very cute fox and blind pheasant (couldn’t make this up) followed by a very good flying display and talk. Even if the trainer did use the word “guys” just over 100 times in like 30-40 mins. Very clean, tidy and well orientated. Playground at the end and the cafe.

We spent 4 hours here. There were 2 flying displays and numerous talks about the different animals being cared for at the sanctuary. Plenty of room to sit and picnic or have something from the cafe. Chips were really good! Very enjoyable day.

Had a lovely day, keepers very experienced with there knowledge. The owl flying display was very good and could get quite close to them,my grandaughter even got to hold one.Had a lovely cream tea at the cafe. We spent all day there, listening to the talks, would definitely go again.

Quite a small place but we enjoyed looking at the animals and listening to the talks. Also paid for the meet a fox experience which my daughter loved (but was extremely expensive at £70 extra). Wouldn't recommend the cafe, had I thought ahead would have taken sandwiches.

A wonderful experience was had by our whole family, the staff were polite and full of information and the animal feeding experiences were worth every penny and they fully accommodated our wheelchair bound son with C.P with all experiences and our kids loved it. If you are ever in Cornwall this place is a must.

This place is so lovely. We spent a good few hours (on a very wet day) meeting all the owls plus a few other animals. Staff are amazing. The talks and displays are really good. Definitely highly recommend popping to Screech. Keep up the good work guys!

We had a lovely time, local but not visited since I was a child. Raccoons, foxes, obviously the owls and other birds but fell in love with the raven! Lots of interactive talks and shows, and plenty to see if not interested, the little nature walks are cute.

Amazing day out. So many more animals there than I expected. Whole park is wheelchair and pram friendly. All the workers were really kind and talkative. Gift shop was very well priced. Also large childrens playground which I wasn't expecting.

We visited on our way into Cornwall. A lovely little place with very knowledgeable staff. Best to go on a dry day as its all outside, although there is a barn for their flying display if it's wet. You need to go slowly and go to several of the talks otherwise you'll be done quite quickly. We spent 3.5 hours here though and the cafe was very reasonably priced. Really quiet which meant you could get up close to owls during the talks.

Just out of peak season (early Sept) we phoned to see if they could fit in an owl experience for us and they could! What a treat! Extremely knowledgable and friendly staff right from the entrance. We had been tight for time and the more we saw, the more we wished we had more hours to spend here. So many different owls and other beautiful creatures to look at. The flying display was incredible but it was the owl experience we were there for and weren't disappointed - in fact, we were blown away! Easy to find, plenty parking, great charity doing great work.

A great afternoon outing for all. This sanctuary has loads of birds, some foxes, raccoons, emus, wallabies and meerkat's. My partner and I visited during our holiday in Cornwall and had a lovely afternoon. There were flying displays which were really interactive with the crowd. The birds came really close and even landed on our bench. The staff are really knowledgeable and clearly care for all the animals at the sanctuary. I would recommend a visit to support the sanctuary.

Wonderful day with the grandchildren. Beautiful owls and lots of other birds/animals. All seem very well cared for by knowledgeable and friendly staff. Great play area and cafe, interesting talks and a wonderful flying display. Would recommend.

Really amazing place! It was very large, so plenty to see. I was very impressed with how clean and tidy the whole sanctuary was. All the owl enclosures were spotless and they all looked well looked after. We did the UK wildlife talk and the bird display. So informative, with so many facts and depth of information about each different animal. Our favourite was Teddy the Fox. Very beautiful 😍 there is so much I didn't actually know about British wildlife and so I came out of there more knowledgeable. There's a playground, large free car park. Toilets and a cafe aswell as a gift shop. One on one experiences. Alpacas, goats, meerkats lemurs and many more. Would highly recommend this sanctuary and applaud all the work that they're doing 👏
