A great experience spent learning archery in the beautiful surrounds of Ashdown forest. We had a group of 9 of us booked for archery as a birthday experience. Our instructor Jason was great at sharing his expertise and all of us, some of whom had done archery elsewhere before, all felt that they walked away learning something new. We would definitely recommend this to anyone, regardless of your proficiency level. Also special mention for the locally sourced sausage rolls which were incredible.

I attended Go Wild At the Warren for a “bring your own” shoot. Gary met me upon my arrival where he conducted a comprehensive safety brief. The range was set up really nicely with a large number of active and paper targets at ranges from 15yrds to 100yrds. Can’t wait to become a member and shoot more often with this friendly bunch!

The whole experience was fantastic. Garry was so knowledgeable, and gave us loads of information on each weapon we were working with. The space is really well equipped, loads of targets and space to practice in. It was easy to find as well. Garry was really friendly and patient, as we had never shot before so he gave us lots of help and made us (semi) successful. There were people in our group who had lots of experience with firearms and he catered brilliantly for the range of abilities. Most importantly, we were really well briefed on safety and all knew exactly what to do to ensure the firearms were safe before and after use. An amazing experience and one we’ll definitely be visiting again! Thanks so much 😊

We had an excellent time at Go Wild At The Warren with our special weapons experience. Gary was incredibly considerate and understanding, giving guidance and assistance to all of our group, especially my 11 yo. The range of weapons was great and allowed us to experience things we otherwise wouldn't. This also meant we had very differing opinions as to which weapon was the best, reassuring me this was absolutely the right option for my group. As a result my group all remarked what a great time we had and how much we would like to return.

Wow! My little family chose special weapons as our package. What a great experience this was. Truly a blast from the minute you arrive. The sign warning drivers to not pass a certain point as shooting was in progress sort of gave you an exciting tingle. Once you've signed in, and of course paid for the additional ammo option, you make your way to the shooting range. Once everyone is ready, you get an introduction to the most important aspect, gun safety. What follows is a fun few hours. You learn so much about gun history, and yourself (I'm left eye dominant and right handed so shooting left handed gave me more accuracy). Not once did I feel unsafe or unprepared to fire. They've got your back at every step. A really great way to celebrate my birthday. I don't think it will be the last time I am at the range. Oh, and despite being in the woods, there are toilets and refreshments with a picnic area too. Wouldn't change a thing except, maybe to have booked for the afternoon session too. Cheers guys.

Wow what an excellent experience. My husband bought me a Level 1 firearms training for my 60th birthday. I was looking forward to it but I didn't have a lot of confidence of my abilities. The start of the course was very involved in safety and quite a lot to take in but obviously very needed in the handling of firearms ,our tutor Gary was excellent and took the time to explain everything clearly. Once the talk on safety, marksmanship principals and the protocol of what to do with a misfire incident we then had a go at shooting the gun. all the time Gary was helpful and always stressing the safety aspect which I can not stress enough it's important. As I have had no experience of firearms I felt Gary took the extra time to help me. I had an excellent day ,actually hitting the targets and will definitely be going back to have one to one tuition and practise.

Great for first time shooters. Customer service one thing here is spot on, perfect engagement with customers, polite, friendly and informative. They are there to keep you safe, informed and instructed on how to use gear and guns. Very safe structure they follow with a really detailed way in teaching, the teaching is not elementary style, it is casual teaching which is informative where the instructor interacts with you and demonstrates how to use gear. They don’t oversell you stuff here, they are there to make sure you have a good time. So I booked on the specialist weapons, the price wise I would say it was overpriced for what you get to shoot. This was a gift for us to do this experience, as an individual who has had experience with airsoft, air rifle and some real steel shooting it was rather “easy” however I did learn a lot of new tips and tricks. I would have liked to been able to shoot more as some of mags weren’t fully loaded. The experience is more so paying for that you can use a range of stuff and the instructor , I think the course is great for someone who has never shots before, or has never had experience with guns, a lot of the guns were airsoft and air rifle , however, you are paying for the teaching and instructing, personally, I think it is rather overpriced, but it is great for someone who would like to get into and use a mixture of stuff. Overall, I would say the facilities there at go wild at Warren is pretty decent with a lot of picnic, tables and decent facilities would be worth coming out as a day out with people, I just thought the experience was quite expensive for what you get out of the range of equipment use, I would say you are mainly paying just for the instructor to learn things, but I thought we could have had more ammo for the price we paid. As an individual with background skills already with some of the equipment there I know we could’ve got Moore for a money’s worth.

Went today for my friend's birthday and it was such a fantastic day! Jason was so detailed in his instruction and really took the time to make sure we were all safe and confident. This was for the range shooting and I will definitely be going back for this, I'm also keen to expand my archery skills! Thank you all for such a great day, one for the memory bank!

Absolutely superb experience for three participants (one teenager two adults) with a variety of experience from first time shooter to more advanced novice! Principles of marksmanship and basics taught well. Interesting range with a variety of steel targets st various ranges. Very friendly event well taught. I'd definitely come back here for a fun event or serious firearms training. Will visit again.

What a great day we had at @gowildatthewarrenuk the instructors, Garry and Flo, were simply amazing with great knowledge of the weapons and safety aspects of my experience. Will definitely be back soon. My favourite guns were the Colt pistol, the Kalashnikov and the sniper rifle. it seems I do have a shooting face, Garry, and I think I like it - no matter how silly it looks 😂 loved every second of it!

Absolutely loved my visit to #gowildatthewarren and was made to feel very welcome, what a great venue and facilities. The on site shop has everything you could need from hot/cold food and drinks to pellets, targets, bi pods, and even new rifles/pistols. Gary is such a genuine nice guy and made me feel that if i needed any assistance he was more than happy help. Can't wait to get my next visit sorted. Thanks for a great day

Very good indeed. I'd done some shooting before, but Garry was very informative and taught me a lot of new things. Special Weapons + Air Rifles Experience was very good

Really good instruction prior to an archery experience. Really good knowledge of the sport. Good equipment, lovely location, the fire was a lovely addition on a rubbish day! The archery was really good and we had a great time. Lots of information about how to join the sport if desired and they types of equipment to look into if wanting to get serious. Very laid back and unhurried. It was actually a calming, serene experience.
