great
place
to
become
fitter,
stronger
and
healthier!
Three
years
ago
when
I
joined,
I
was
sceptical
about
Vasper,
the
high-tech
21
minutes
workout
on
a
chilled
seat
with
chilled
foot
plates
and
chilled
thigh
and
arm
cuffs.
I
did
not
think
it
would
work
in
the
long
term,
because
usually
I
get
all
sorts
of
pain
due
to
my
knees.
But…
the
results
were
(still
are!)
amazing.
Within
months
my
legs
became
stronger
than
ever,
I
was
finally
able
to
enjoy
exercising
without
pain
and
injury.
The
staff
–
Max,
Mia
&
Ellen
–
always
tailor
the
session
for
the
individual,
so
no
two
workouts
are
the
same.
The
regular
safe
cold
exposure
during
cryotherapy
and
Vasper
made
me
more
resilient
to
seasonal
illnesses
and
I
found
that
cryo
also
helped
with
my
tiredness
caused
by
long
covid.
The
inviting
infrared
sauna
was
a
great
addition
to
the
studio,
which,
just
like
the
rest
of
the
place,
is
always
clean.
The
latest
addition
is
a
Balkan
strength
machine,
but
I
haven’t
tried
it
yet,
fellow
members
rave
about
it
though.
However,
I
regularly
use
the
compression
leggings
–
I
don’t
think
there
is
a
better
way
to
have
lymphatic
drainage
and
relaxation
at
the
same
time,
after
a
good
workout.
