Highly recommend the spinning classes @Thrive. Rachel and Julie, both do 45 minute classes. Then go and visit the cafe, for a selection of healthy drinks. Wonderful staff and lovely atmosphere. If you fancy, a pampering then visit the beauty area. Ellie and Alex are amazing.

Great relaxing atmosphere and comfy seating. A good selection of refreshments and vegan options. A small, however tasty selection of cakes are always available.

Amazing facility, lovely and quiet unlike mainstream gyms. I live in Chichester and make the drive specifically for here and go to Asda on my way home. I have a hidden disability and was so worried about coming as my experiences at other facilities have been terrible but all of the staff I interacted with were so kind and polite, lovely people. The cafe is 100% vegan and amazing, such a comfortable relaxed atmosphere and the blueberry smoothie I got was AWESOME! They very kindly substituted in oat milk for me and put my mind at ease about my pineapple allergy/cross contamination as well. Highly highly recommend!

Absolutely love love love this place! It’s such a gorgeous place where I feel so calm and relaxed and also amazing to find somewhere completely vegan and so compassionate and kind with such yummy food and drinks! All the staff are so welcoming and lovely, they couldn’t be more helpful if they tried. Going to be telling everyone about this perfect place and will be going back a lot! Thank you all 💚

Stopped in for circuits and strength and conditioning sessions as 'pay as you go' customer whilst working away from home for 2 days. Alice made me feel part of the group. Great gym and great staff. Thanks, guys.

I have been to a few gyms in my time but never have I felt so welcome & supported as I do at Thrive. All the trainers are helpful & friendly & I especially enjoy my 121 training with Seb he is always so patient, kind & encouraging. I can’t recommend the gym enough & an added bonus for me is the cafe which serves wonderful vegan food & drink, so not only is Thrive helping get me healthy they are helping keep the planet healthy too. It’s a win win👏

Excellent facilities, always clean and well maintained. The staff are amazing and very knowledgeable. This gym also has a cafe and beauty facilities, would highly recommend all three. Great atmosphere and welcoming to all.
