Friendly restaurant with some interesting meats on the menu. The mixed grill was very generous in portion size and was very tasty. The Kangaroo steak was just odd...glad we tried it but not going back for more of that one! Desert was the weakest part of the meal, the sticky toffee pudding was not like any sticky toffee pudding I have every had, not in a good way. It had more of a black treacle flavour, the ice cream was very icy and less creamy. Wont be ordering this dessert again.

Wow!! What an amazing find, loved it. Wife and daughter both had the kangaroo steak and said it was awesome, and I had the best burger ever!! Definitely recommend and will be going back.

Third time here in 3 years. First time was excellent, second was ok and most recent was back to being excellent. Great service and portions are large. We all enjoyed our meals and will very likely be back again

Had such an amazing time in Kookaba. Me and my wife were on our honeymoon in Saundersfoot and went to Kookaba for one of our meals. The staff made it their mission to ensure we had the best time possible. Firstly, by decorating our table with a congratulations balloon and secondly, with bringing over a complimentary bottle of Prosecco to the table. If the night started off perfectly, it only got better once the food arrived. The portion sizes are insane. We had the outback rack (pork belly ribs) and the minted lamb. Both meals were cooked to perfection. We could not recommend Kookaba more, Julie and the rest of the Staff were amazing and they made our evening a night to remember forever. We will definitely be back!

Good selection of food on the menu. Kangaroo skewers were a highlight for us. Tender and well cooked. All the food was well prepared and tasted amazing. Service was excellent and hardly any waiting time. Definitely be back

The tables are far to close together No glasses for water and juice jugs I sent my food back - stuffed peppers - tasteless rice slapped on top of 2 half peppers. Asked if they could make baby scrambled egg - ( that takes less than a minute in microwave ) no they couldn’t I will never go back there again It was my sons birthday and there were 12 of us in party.

Had a beautiful meal here on the evening of the Triathlon with visiting family. We didn't realise it was the Triathlon unfortunately until we tried to park in Saundersfoot. Parking was obviously non existent so one of our party had to forgo the meal. The staff were fine about it and when our missing guest managed to finally find a parking spot, the restaurant did not have an issue adding their meals on to the order late. Fantastic service for this and throughout the meal itself. Huge, plentiful portions and very reasonably priced. Great place to eat on Saundersfoot and will definitely return!!

Had a great meal this evening in one of the hottest days of the year. Hats off to the chefs who stuck it out in the kitchen. We had 2 Seafood Platters and a couple of glasses of wine. Just what’s need after a stroll along Saundersfoot’s front beach. Highly recommended 👍😁.

Great place and amazing food, very welcoming for families and lovely engaging staff. Great for meat lovers but caters for all, not overly expensive and quite relaxed. Highly recommended the steakado seasoning on the steaks, it's a salty peppery rub that adds tonnes of char to the meat without overcooking. The chilli addition to fries and potato skins could do with some flavour, but still nice nonetheless. Bravo 😎

Always told Kookaba was an amazing place to go, Service was on point throughout, food however to me wasn't worth the hype. If you're for generous portions vs Cost Then you'll be happy but the cooking was average. I had the Mixed grill and it was good, however the gammon and the steak was badly burnt on one side. My friend had one of the burgers and found the same issue. All of which was conveniently served burnt side down.
