I was sceptical at first because I thought I was too old so I called up, asked a couple of stupid questions whether it was childish and whether it was suitable for my wife (28) and I (30). Put it this way... We liked our experience so much in the morning that we cancelled our afternoon plans and came back for more! The team were great with teaching and making something so unnatural feel natural. The 4/5 different areas were so fun and Josh was a great instructor (so much so, I nearly had my name on a plaque - you'll understand once you go). Definitely worth the time if you have 2/3 hours free in the day and around the area!

Fantastic half day session with Andy and his lovely family. They managed a group including two Octogenarians, a tweenager, a teenager and a dog with no problems, and everyone had loads of fun. Setup was really good, and would suit any group. Thoroughly recommended.

Brilliant day out! This was a belated birthday present for my husband and I as we now live in Canada, and it was certainly worth the wait! The setting and instructors are first rate. Instruction and coaching is provided throughout this 2.5 hour immersive experience and you really were able to feel yourself improving with each arrow fired. It’s clear that the people running this are passionate about what they do! We will be back (brass name plate pending…..).

What can I say about this place that others haven't! When I was told the family would be doing Archery I just suspected the standard targets in some hay bales and that's about it, and how wrong I was! We were greeted by Andrew who was very friendly and welcoming. Immediately walking into the "reception" area you could tell this was a higher caliber of Archery, donned with fictional characters, arrow heads and other fantastic paraphernalia. After signing all the important documents the fun began, with Andrew explaining how to aim and fire a bow. Using targets to get a hang of firing a bow and where to aim with constant instruction to better enjoy this time. Then after using the targets we went through some side doors to unveil a new targeting range with sounds to go along with it. It had 3 targeting ranges with all different themes and especially loved the LOTR theme and could happily spend the day there as well. As an extra the facilities are very clean and have access for people of all types which is another plus. All in all this was an amazing experience and definitely coming back.

Fantastic experience. Amazing instructors who coach you all the way through. Brilliant setting and themed ranges. Lots of shooting time. I'd recommend to anyone!

I honestly couldn't rate these guys higher! We had a fantastic experience, both Andy and Josh were incredibly knowledgeable and skilled, making our first time at archery the best experience! The level of detail in their instruction, the targets and props that they've made themselves (which look fantastic) and the overall experience made for a great afternoon out. We'll definitely be coming back soon!

Attended Dragon Archery today with son Oscar, great remote location, very friendly welcome and tuition throughout the day. Loved the different theming through the ranges and the challenges bring out the competitive side of you. We will be visiting again very soon. A must visit & very highly recommended…. Great experience! The team at Dragon Archery were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They joined in on the jokes and guided us (a group of 8 lads) through numerous fun arrow shooting adventures. Would very much recommend!

I visited Dragon Archery with a group of friends for one friend’s birthday present. I have never done archery before and wasn’t particularly excited. I think I imagined just firing at targets in a field. But oh my, was I wrong! I loved it. Each room has completely different targets, appropriate for different abilities to switch it up and keep things interesting. Andy explains everything and ends an element of competition between you and precious groups which makes things spicy. We were supported with advice and feedback from him and his helpers the whole time. I would definitely recommend Dragon Archery and actually struggle to name a friend that wouldn’t like it. We will be back! Thank you for making my friend’s birthday so special!

Excellent experience all round. The session was really well thought through, the themed ranges are lots of fun, and the instructors work hard to help you improve. Nice facilities and it’s under cover, so would be good for a day out regardless of weather.

Well thought out. Kind, professional, and fun coaching. Clean and well looked after. Great value for money and SO much fun. We would love to go back next time we’re on holiday in Cornwall.
