Superb! My technician was professional, efficient and so easy to talk to. I loved every minute! And the fact she used hot wax meant I felt nothing, no pain at all. Not always the way for everyone but having had strip wax for two years I can safely say I’ve sorely missed the joy of hot waxing!! If only we lived in the area - I would see her all the time!

It was my first time visiting Equilibrium today. I called on Tuesday to book for a waxing appointment, the lovely, lovely lady on reception booked me in for today. When I arrived, I was greeted like an old friend, instantly felt comfortable. I was booked in with Gwen for a Brazilian wax. This is the first time experiencing a wax for me so I was slightly nervous but Gwen put me at ease and we had a good giggle during the appointment. I will definitely be going back! Thank you!
