Yoga Point is a gem. Very welcoming place, professionally ran by Rebecca and Vaccasin as an independent studio which caters for all. Nice community of practitioners who benefit from a variety of courses and styles proposed in a relaxed and friendly environment. Thoroughly recommend Vaccasin’s beginners course which has turned me into a regular practitioner ever since I did it over three years ago. Vaccasin provides structured guidance and perspectives around both physical and mental aspects of the practice to create a very unique and complete experience. A breath of fresh air! The studio itself is bright and clean.

Yoga Point is the perfect place for beginners to learn yoga. I was looking for ages for a really good, local, reasonably priced place to start yoga and I couldn't be happier with my experience at Yoga Point. I have taken Yinka's course for beginners a few times, she is such a knowledgeable and supportive teacher. My sessions with Yinka have inspired me to invest in a yoga mat and now I practice yoga every day at home, as well as continuing to attend classes at Yoga Point.

I started learning yoga here 12 years ago with Vacassin and still attend as a student and a teacher. Yoga Point offers authentic yoga and there is a very special community atmosphere here. The space is bright, clean and well-equipped and the timetable and teachers cater for beginners, intermediate and advanced students. A gem.

A beautiful and welcoming studio tucked away in Brixton. There's a real emphasis on community here and I appreciate how students are willing to engage with each other after class before heading off. Very highly recommended!

Teaching classes at Yoga Point Brixton has always been a very positive experience, I had been attending classes for several years before being lucky enough to teach there. The light, airy uncluttered, clean feel of the studio is a joy to teach in. I really value having the opportunity to choose classes taught by a diverse array of teachers, which is uplifting and refreshing for my practice. This studio is a Brixton gem!

I attended pregnancy yoga classes with Michele on Sunday evenings throughout my pregnancy. It’s a very relaxing and welcoming space and was a real highlight of my weekend. Michele taught us various yoga poses and breathing techniques to help with labour and manage any ongoing pregnancy related aches and pains, and I think her classes are part of the reason why I felt good throughout pregnancy and had a very smooth labour and recovery. It was also lovely to meet other pregnant women in my local area. Thanks again Michele.

I have tried several yoga classes and teachers here and have thoroughly enjoyed them all! It feels very inclusive and non-judgemental, even if you’re a complete beginner. The space is always bright and calming. The amenities are very clean and I always make use of the water dispenser as I tend to forget to bring my own! I always walk away from classes feeling far more centred and peaceful than when I walked in.

This is great yoga studio in Brixton, close to Brockwell Park. I started going there 2 years ago, at the time I was specifically looking for Iyengar classes. I have since attended many other types of classes there. The quality of the teaching is always excellent. The studio itself is a beautiful, comfy and calm space. It is very well equipped for all type of yoga, including ropes. Highly recommended.

I have been attending Yoga Point in Brixton/ Herne Hill for years. I like the unpretentious welcoming everyone receives. It is not about the positions you can get your body into but about connecting with yourself and a local community. It’s the best yoga studio near me.

I love this yoga studio, I’ve been going on and off for years, but more regularly in the last few months. The teachers are excellent, especially Vacassin, I really enjoy his Sunday class. The venue also has lots of natural light and there’s loads of space, which makes a huge difference. It has a completely different feel to More Yoga, and other nearby studios, and there’s a real focus on the quality of the teachers that lead the classes. The customer service (I’ve mainly emailed Rebecc) is excellent too.

Just the most wonderful yoga space, with a great selection of classes. An extremely inclusive studio with teachers from all walks of life. This studio is such a great place to go to in Brixton, it’s a real hub of the community for all people. I love meeting the locals and the newer people who’ve moved to the area. I’ve been coming to Yoga Point for years and I love all the different types of classes & workshops. I really miss the 3 hour long workshops with Joy Anderson and I’d love to see a few more of those types of class on a personal level!

This is a superb yoga studio with very high standard teachers working in it. The place is very clean, peaceful with no noises. I tried five different teachers here and there are incredible. They really have the power to make you to connect immediately and to enjoy in full the classes. One of my favourite place in London to release the stress, fix my back and carry on another amazing day. Living this studio feeling 20 years old again ! I love this place !

Yoga point is such a lovely and inclusive yoga studio! With a wide variety of teachers, you are always made to feel comfortable, with lots of adaptations for all levels! I love Nina’s vinyasa class on a Tuesday and her power vinyasa class on a Saturday! Great teacher and always makes the class fun. Would highly recommend the studio and all their classes, especially Nina’s :)

I have been going to Yoga Point for years. Great teachers and a welcoming studio. Recently I have been a regular attendee at Marton Vass' class on a Monday night. Iyengar Level 1 & 2. His attention to detail is so good with clear instructions and each week there is a new challenge for us. He always has options/variations so all levels are catered for. I highly recommend.

Yogapoint Brixton is a haven of local community and excellent yoga. The teachers are welcoming, caring, experienced and talented. I love classes with Paula Hines (Hatha Flow Yoga) , Nina Thomas (Power Yoga), and Vaccasin (Yoga, and Restorative Yoga) in particular. The studio is gorgeous - spacious, so much natural light, and every time I walk in I feel immediate relief from the busyness and burdens outside. Definitely the best yoga studio in Brixton.

Such a lovely space; my utter favourite in South London, my go to' happy place, ....transformative always. The studio is light and airy. Warm when required, cool when required, ventilated by push button roof lights, doesn't distract even mid-class if needed. Provision of props, mats, blocks, blankets and are bountiful, meticulously clean and everything you could need. Such a loved and loving environment. Super teachers of all schools and levels , a fit for everyone without a doubt. So happy and appreciative to have YOGA POINT BRIXTON on my doorstep, bliss.

I discovered Yoga Point 6 months ago and have been attending an Iyengar Yoga class weekly ever since. It is an excellent venue and the class I attend is hybrid so I can go in person or on line. Both experiences are excellent. The facilities are a fully equiped spacious studio with plenty of fixed ropes and thick mats or one can join on Zoom. My teacher is very attentive and the manager goes the extra mile to help attendees get the best from joining a class. Out of all the venues I have used over all the many years I have been practicing yoga this has been the best.
