We had the fish sharing platter to start. It was gorgeous generous portions, lovely and fresh. A variety of mains were had and we all complimented the food we will be sure to return.

came here a few weeks ago and it was fantastic. all five of us thoroughly enjoyed the starters, mains and desserts. the service was amazing, the staff were friendly and made us feel very welcome and everything was cooked and presented beautifully. booked to come again, worth every penny!

Bliss. Solid menu, executed solidly. Sterling service - was attentive and knowledgeable and gave me the correct amount of time at all stages. Lovely. I had haddock chowder (simple and delicious) and pork belly (which was spot on)

Excellent food well cooked and full of flavours and hot including the plates making it a mouth watering experience leaving you full and satisfied. This has been such a treat to have during lock down, and can't wait till they reopen to enjoy a meal with friends.

Very nice pub. The food was excellent and the service was polite and quick. We thought the service was good anyway but then they apologised for it being slow and explained they were a person down! There was a good choice on the menu, and we loved the fact that the food miles were low, including the veg coming from the farm next door.

Haven't been here since before Covid but managed to get a table for a family Sunday lunch and was delighted to find that the food, service and ambience were all excellent, just as I remembered. Highly recommended!

Amazing restaurant. The food was freshly cooked and it tasted amazing. What skilled chef they have there. It was so good so I forgot to take photo. I can warmly recomend this restaurant. Thank you Lena.

Had a lovely meal. Was delighted with choice of fish. Nice atmosphere and very good service. Plenty of choice for meat eaters.

Very nice food in a pleasant atmosphere, staff friendly and prices reasonable. The soup of the day was particularly delicious. The marsala fish was rather hot, but still nice.

The food and service here have been consistently good for as long as I can remember. Last visited a couple of weeks ago, very pleased to see that the regular menu is being served alongside the ubiquitous Christmas menu. We enjoy the good selection of fish dishes which are well cooked and seasoned. We were greeted with a smile from Maria, as always, and enjoyed our meal. This is our go-to place for special occasions.

Excellent food, fantastic attentive service, very reasonably priced, can’t fault. Meals included gluten free and vegan as well as an excellent choice for the rest of our large party. Thank you for a fabulous evening.
