It was first time at Laurel and Mane and I couldn’t rate them enough. Absolutely spot on time and great professionalism. Bright and clean atmosphere with very friendly and welcoming staff. Nicky was amazing listening to my expectations and gave me a nice haircut and I left the salon happily. Looking forward to my next visit.

Absolutely amazing, I can't recommend this salon enough. Natalie spent hours on transforming my hair and I've never been so thrilled! Warm, friendly, welcoming atmosphere, amazing staff and Incredible service. I would give more than 5 stars if I could!

Have had my hair done by Jenna a few times now - her attention to detail is *chefs kiss* - asks many questions to really understand what you want. Beautiful salon, really lovely bunch of girls. I visit this salon on a regular basis for treatments with Becca and I cannot rate it and her highly enough. Becca does a fabulous job no matter what you’re booked in for! Everyone is extremely friendly and accommodating and they also have great coffee! Would definitely recommend her.

I was incredibly anxious about trying somewhere new, hadn’t had my hair cut in over 2 years and spent a good few weeks googling and reading reviews. This was the most relaxed enjoyable hair salon I could have wanted. I absolutely loved the cut, even though I think I was fairly vague in what I wanted I was listened to and got exactly what I wanted. All the staff were super friendly and it was a really pleasure to be there. I will happily return for my next hair cut and already plan to return for a different treatment. I can not say Thankyou enough….even with the tears I had! I highly highly recommend this lovely salon.

Really lovely friendly service! V professional and did an amazing wash, blow dry and curl on very long hair :)) Edit few days later: still got a beautiful dropped curl even after party a day on, definitely rate their skills...

First time having my hair coloured professionally. I was nervous but Nicki, after a previous consultation, reassured me and made sure I hadn't change my mind and clarifying what she would do. Having grown out my previous home kit dye, there was a lot of grey. I am genuinely thrilled with my colour and low lights. I am so happy to have found a hairdresser that listens. Everyone is welcoming and kind. I used to hate having my hair cut, leaving at upto 9 months between appointments. I know look forward to it 😊

Today I took the first step into this salon and I felt very warm and welcomed by the whole team. Everyone was looking after me and made me feel like I was very important. I had my nails done by the beauty specialist Becca and my hair done by the hair stylist Jenna. I am so glad with how everything turned out. I’m so happy and feel so refreshed. My hair looks and feels amazing, and the colour couldn’t be anymore perfect. My nails have been done so delicate and look fabulous. I felt like I was a celebrity there, the way the team treats you is so comforting and so uplifting. Jenna was an absolute star. Despite not really knowing what I wanted, Jenna was patient, kind, and happy to talk styles through with me, including how to replicate at home.l. I left with a haircut I love that's easy to style at home. I couldn't be happier! ❤️
