The atmosphere at the clinic was relaxed and friendly. I saw Mr Armstrong who had prepared thoroughly for my appointment. He examined me and explained his conclusions clearly and kindly. I felt that he was very professional. I was encouraged by the positive attitude and atmosphere.

I would highly recommend anyone looking to get general tests done to visit the Berkshire Clinic! I will 100% return if I need to do similar tests in the future! I visited the Berkshire Clinic in March 2023 to have some blood tests and heart assessment done. From the moment I called to ask about appointments to when I got my results I was well taken care of. I was able to get an appointment for three business days after my initial phone call and they conveniently grouped the different tests and doctor consultation for the same day and time, meaning I wouldn't have to make repeat visits. The clinic has ample parking and is close to a train station so getting there is easy. I particularly enjoyed my experience both with the RN who took my bloods and administered my tests and the doctor who read through my results. The blood results were delivered to me by email a week later along with a letter on recommended follow ups. Thank you Berkshire Clinic for your help and service!!

Easy to make an appointment, great location, good (free) parking. Very friendly receptionist and nurse. Detailed advice given by a very friendly and experienced consultant. Fast follow-up to my doctor. Would definitely recommend.

This is a well organised clinic, everyone I met has been helpful and pleasant. I was seen promptly and the Consultant was thorough in assessing my concerns. I left reassured and with a plan for follow-up.

Today I visited to Dr. Ruparelia for a routine heart checkup and to discuss a few concerns about my family history of cardiovascular disease, blood pressure, and so on. I was really delighted with how Dr. Ruparelia greeted me and began the first point with positive news, which put me at ease. All of my nervousness was gone, and he made me feel very relaxed during the BP checkup, assuring me that everything was normal and really putting me in a wonderful positive state of mind about my health anxiety in general. He is a very nice, incredibly knowledgeable heart specialist. I'm glad I went to see him today, and I'll go back for my regular checkups in the future.

I visited the Clinic today in a state of anxiety but found the staff to be pleasant, encouraging and supportive. My consultant listened and I felt I was in capable hands. I left the clinic a lot less anxious than when I entered. Thank you.

Brought my parents for Blood Tests. My Dad was terrified that no blood would be able to be taken (he recently has been in hospital and staff could not get blood). He wanted to say thank you to all the staff for making him feel comfortable and doing a great job. Blood first time! My Mum was happy as is a regular at blood tests. Also thanks for letting us drink tea and eat our croissants afterwards. They has fasted properly.

I had a terrible experience at my local GP with having blood taken. Four attempt! . Went to the Berkshire clinic dreading it and they were amazing. Lalli got it first time and was so reassuring and professional. Excellent !

Very informative and helpful telephone conversation with the Consultant but the process leading up to it was not good. I phoned to ask for a telephone conversation with Dr Armstrong as we were still waiting for the results of an MRI scan 6 weeks ago. This was organised swiftly and efficiently but I was told not to worry if the chat was described as a video consultation in the email confirmation. In fact it was described as a face to face meeting in that email. I thought that they did realise it was a phone call as the reception had warned me that it might not be described correctly. However, at the appointed time the call didn't happen. I waited 20 minutes, then called the Clinic and they said Dr Armstrong was held up but would call soon. When he did call he said that for 15 - 20 minutes he had been trying to video call me, as this was the information he had been given! If you hadn't asked for feedback, I would not have contacted you about this, but you did!!

Great team and efficient service, everyone was ready to help and solve my problems at once, without booking additional visits. Convenient to get to the clinic and plenty of parking spaces.

Always practively helpful, prompt when delivering clinic and referral letters. Excellent Consultants.
