Went for a routine aortal scan here. Stray were helpful and good natured. The facilities are clean but a little run down (for obvious reasons)

My husband had a wrist injury and we visited the unit, we encountered excellent, efficient, friendly staff throughout, including xray and reception. Special thanks to nurses Lisa and Sonia for their kindness, patience and expertise. The unit is evidently a valuable and efficient facility ,as verified by other recent reviews

Needed to use the minor injury clinic service whilst on holiday. Excellent service from beginning to end. Lovely reception and health care staff. No waiting time at all. Out within ten minutes with crutches, medication and advice for potential future issues.

I had an unlucky accident when visiting family on the island. As I visited first thing on a Monday morning I was prepared for a 4hout wait to even be seen (as is normal in Berkshire), but I was home in 2 hours from Rhosneigr! The staff are all really lovely and friendly; the front desk, minor injuries clinic, cleaners & X-ray! I hope I'll never have to visit again but given how accident probe I am, I'm sure I'll be back but won't be worried about how I'm treated there. Thanks NHS Wales!

Whilst on holiday we had cause to visit the Minor Injuries Unit with our child. The staff were just lovely, apologised that we had to wait a minute as they prepped the room, then the senior nurse who helped my child was friendly, calming and welcoming. We were also given TLC teddies (for both children, not just who was seen) as a surprise kindness. Thanks to both nurses we saw.

I have been to this hospital several times and have found the staff amazing. Today I went for a back X-ray. Tom & Lucy helped me onto the bed due to my severe pain. They were both fantastic. The receptionist in the X-ray department was fabulous too. They were professional, kind and caring. Thank you all for making my visit stress free. If I could give a 100 stars I would.

Went in October, first eye screening appointment, excellent throughout, explained what was going on and what I was likely to experience. No delays, all ran smoothly. Got the results within about 3 weeks.
