I totally recommend Combe Road Dental, Sarah, and her assistant were extremely professional and friendly. They squeezed me in with an appointment with lovely angel Holly and her assistant Anne. She was an Angel, absolutely no pain! She made me think that if I had found her earlier I would actually look forward to go to the dentist and hygienist! 🥰

I had my new patient appointment today (21/8/23) with Richard. First impressions: very pleased. I arrived and the receptionist whom I conversed with was very friendly. I was never a nervous patient but became a little apprehensive a few years back when a treatment I had at another clinic - through no fault of my own - went wrong. Richard explained everything in detail as he went along - my general oral health and x-rays - which put me at ease. I have to return for a replacement filling which I'm not at all nervous about. **EDIT** I went today (29/9/23) for the treatment. Excellent! Richard explained everything in detail and put me at ease. Came here years ago and vowed never to return. BUT, no that Karim and his team are in, what a totally different experience. Excellent care, friendly staff, top equipment and fantastic results and a great price. Never enjoyed going for dental treatment before! Can't recommend highly enough, if you're not sure, just do it.. They're brilliant.

Absolutely in love with this dental practice and people who work there! After I a horrible, negative experience in one of the clinics in Clifton I swore to myself - never again, and for 6 years I was flying back home for any dental treatment. Emergency situation brought me to Combe Road Dental Practice, and I'm so pleased it happened! - Firstly, I got my emergency appointment on the day! All other clinics I called to could offer me an appointment in a week or so, even though I was literally dying from pain. - Dr Sarah was absolutely fantastic. She not only provided a great treatment, but also she managed to take away all my anxiety and fear. - Later Dr Karim treated root canals in one of my tooth and the work he did was exceptional 5 stars! 100% deserved!

I had teeth whitening done at Coombe Road Dental with Dr Karim. The service I received was outstanding. My teeth have changed beyond my expectations and are much whiter than I imagined them to be post-whitening. Everyone at the practice is professional and lovely, I would highly reccomend this practice to anyone seeking a dentist or cosmetic procedure. I travelled 40 mins to coombe road in portishead, if I lived closer I would 1000% join the surgery as a regular patient! I will be returning when I am ready to start my Invisalign journey 😁

I had a dental hygienist appointment with Holly. She was really friendly, put me at ease, and it was the most comfortable ‘scale and polish’ I have ever had - I was daydreaming for half of it. My teeth are sensitive and normally these treatments are pretty uncomfortable/painful so I was really pleased with my treatment.

I had the best experience at Combe road dental. Karim and Elsie made me feel so comfortable with the whole process and I am so so pleased with the final results!! It seems like no time at all since I started Invisalign and now I have the teeth I’ve always dreamt of! I can finally smile with my teeth and feel confident with my smile!

Both myself and my 7 year old boy had are teeth sorted at this lovely practice. The standard of care was exceptional with a great degree of professionalism. We had an excellent experience with Dr Sarah and Dr Karim and we were made to feel at ease at all times. The practice was very clean and hygienic and has a great vibe. Cannot recommend Dr Karim and Combe dental surgery highly enough, all staff have been very friendly and helpful. I have a really complicated dental history and arrived with a long list of issues from dental work I have had done elsewhere – leaving me incredibly unhappy with my smile, very nervous and mistrusting of receiving any treatments. The corrective work I have had here is on another level entirely, it looks great and I am also now a lot less nervous of coming to the dentist and feel so much more at ease. Any query is handled quickly by the receptionist team and there is a high level of care given by all the staff. Karim is honest and his dentistry is fantastic. I wouldn't go anywhere else now.

This is a fantastic dental practice. All the staff are welcoming and professional. Karim and Jane did an absolutely brilliant job restoring my enamel erosion. I felt very at ease throughout the whole procedure. Getting to watch 2 hours of tennis on the ceiling mounted tv was an added bonus too!

Big thanks to Karim and his team for my recent Invisalign treatment! Karim was very approachable and honest from the first visit and quickly identified which treatment was best for me. Felt very comfortable every time I visited the surgery and will definitely will be back in the future. Couldn’t be more happy with the outcome, thank you again Karim and co!

Not been to a dentist for a while and really wasn't looking forward to it, but when you've got to go you've got to go. Very impressed with the examination and hygienist visit the same day. Not a place i want to be but I was put at ease and seen in a friendly and professional manner. Would definitely recommend.

A very good dental practice. Myself and my sons see Richard. An excellent, very gentle and patient dentist. I also see the excellent hygenist at the practice every three months. A great independent business and fantastic team. My recent visit was just as good as always. Highly recommend.

Karim is by far the best dentist I’ve had, super friendly, takes a lot of pride in his work and was able to restore my tooth with a complicated root canal & crown when there was only about a 40% success rate. Highly recommend!
