    I went to see James on a recommendation after I suffered a fall which resulted in me having considerable pain in my neck and left shoulder. James very quickly sussed out the issue and what to work on and provided me with exercises and stretches at home to combine with the work he did and within 6 sessions I can quite honestly say I'm nearly back to my pre accident self. Would highly recommend JL PhysioFit. Thanks for all of your help and support guys.

    I have recently started the beginners Pilates class and I love it. The instructors are knowledgable and helpful and the other class mates are welcoming. I have never been a one for exercise and that is probably because I haven’t found anything I have enjoyed before. I also have had problems with my hip over the last 5 years which limited my exercise. I recently had a hip replacement so I decided that I needed to try and get fit and keep my new hip moving. At the end of my session I can’t believe that the time is up and that I have enjoyed myself. Where I would normally want to get any exercise over and done with quickly, I could keep going with this session. It is enjoyable but you can feel you are working and especially the next day. If anyone is considering trying the session I would encourage it. The other good thing with this session is you can go at your own pace but if you want to there are things that can make it more effective and the instructors will help with this. The instructors are also physiotherapists so they have added knowledge.

    Michael looked after me after I had been suffering from a sore/bad back for a handful of years. I never did too much about it as I hadn't had an accident, or had any reason for it to be in pain, but it was getting to the point where I would have to lie on the floor to crack my back, put a tennis ball under parts of my spine to realise muscle tension etc. Michael worked with me, giving me exercises to do, taking me into the gym, working on my back and hips and much more in between and I feel so much better. I am building towards swimming again and able to do more than I could, I feel great. So grateful for is help, witty banter and keeping me positive. Legend.

    Good team that listen to what clients have to say before doing each Pilates class, so if you have a niggle they work with it. Exercises are testing but doable, even if at the time you are not sure about it, and if you can't then they come up with a variation for you to do. Friendly classes and staff.

    I am really enjoying beginners Pilates and feel like I have made good progress. The trainers are very good and it is a positive low-key atmosphere and everyone is friendly and welcoming.

    Bev is fantastic. She takes the time to listen and understand the issue presented, suggests a diagnosis and explains what might help, then proceeds with treatment only when she is sure you are comfortable. Detailed exercises are given to take away and these are progressive as the treatment continues. Treatment plans are available and discussed to give the best value option for your situation. The admin support from Julie is also very good. I would not hesitate to recommend Bev as a physio.

    I'd had months of leg/hip pain (some kind of tendinitis) and after my first session with Michael I knew I was walking better when I went back to my car. Three or four sessions later and there was an amazing difference. Very happy with my first private physio experience and I know where to come if I need more!
