ST ALBANS five guys. Awful. Third time we have ordered thinking it can only be better and even worse. What company thinks it’s okay to sell disgusting food like this. The burger I threw in the bin. The chips weren’t even the normal potato colour. Dripping in oil. Never again.

The burger and fries were delicious and a good quantity. Peanuts are a brand staple and given, but they were a bit hidden and small in quantity. Free refills drink machine was poor, I tried 3 different drinks (coke zero, Dr pepper zero and coke zero vanilla) and all 3 tasted super watery. I did ask for a new cup to try a different drink so the staff were lovely. The 2 for service is mostly for the machine, which for a £4/£5 refillable drink was not worth it. Lovely staff and good food tho!

Popped in quickly after some shopping during school holidays and couldn't have been more impressed! I visit Five Guys quite frequently and love their burgers. The restaurant was very clean and the staff were as friendly as ever. Always lovely to be greated by the manager with a smile

I would give a 0 if I could as a vegan there were hardly any veggie options for me they couldn't even make a basic salad. Finally even after explaining I'm a vegan they made salad with meat in it. The fries were to mildly put it disgusting, really weird colour, shape and taste. I finally got a normal green salad however it tasted really stale and gross. I could taste the horrendous taste of their good hours after eating it. 1/5 never going there again and would not recommend especially to fellow vegetarians and vegans

First time we went into five Guys st. Albans, indeed five Guys anywhere. Must admit I did baulk at the prices on the boards when we got in there, even my 10-year-old son kept saying "dad it's too expensive". However disregarding the cost for a father and son for a milkshake each, a burger each and a shared large portion of fries, I went ahead and purchased. Pretty glad I did as the fries were outstanding. Never had such a juicy burger and with everything on it was just like a high-end big Mac of your dreams. Finally the milkshake nice and thick and real strawberries gave it a refreshing flavour that you only tend to get in your homemade milkshakes. Could I afford to go there regularly, almost certainly not. Was it great value for money, absolutely was delicious not to forget I was full for the whole day. Five Guys definitely one for the birthday treats, and if I could afford to go there more regularly I certainly would.

I love going to Five Guys in St Albans. I placed a order & was preoccupied on the phone. I realised everyone was going before me. Only to realise I had not been served yet. I was then asked by staff is my No ?. I was treated extremely well for my delay, by the manager on duty. I was offered free fries & a drink. I guess it was well worth the wait ☺️ I was one happy customer & throughly enjoyed the food. The staff are always polite & friendly. Keep up the good work Team. You make the atmosphere a brilliant place 👏 to always visit.

Popped into Five Guys to grab a quick lunch and was served by a handsome young man who said his name was Jack. He quickly but clearly walked me through the menu and helped me make the right decision. Food was great, five stars across the board. It was also a pleasure watching Jack cook
