I had such a negative perception about physio due to poor experiences before however I’m totally converted. Louise is amazing, she has completely turned me around. Been struggling for months with ankle and knee issues. She started therapy immediately and I started to see the difference within days. It’s been a month now and I am positive the road to recovery it closer. She used ultrasound therapy, tecar and laser therapy. Combination of these have helped relieve pain, swelling and encouragement of recovery. Now just need to get the strength back.

Excellent service! Louise is very conscientious, gentle and attentive. She discussed the issues clearly, explaining the procedures and making recommendations for exercises at home. I've only been to two physio sessions with her but am already seeing the difference. Thoroughly recommend!

Started seeing Louise here about 3 months ago maybe. Needed 6 sessions due to lower back issue, really happy with how the acupuncture sessions have got rid of the pain and discomfort and rarely having any discomfort now. Louise is a lovely person and really cares for her patients and has a passion for her work. Very much recommend seeing her!

Originally visited Ben at Spine Plus about 15 years ago and he was spot on and excellent then. Got me back on my feet. Recently I had a major spasm which left me unable to walk properly again without pain, came back to see Ben, and the results are amazing as usual. Over 2 sessions in so far, obviously not completely pain free already, but Ben has been able to give me at least a 50% reduction in pain. And I’m walking again. Honestly can’t recommend this place enough. Everyone is so friendly too!

Akin is extremely professional and committed, I had an MRI within one week of my first visit, results showed impingement to L 3 4 and 5, where I was offered IDD therapy and after my 1 session I came off codeine, and after my 7th IDD session I'm off all painkillers, only positive results 👍 Now after my 17th IDD my mobility has returned to levels that predate the recent back injury by some years, leading me to realise there has been a slow decline in my back, my legs are gaining strength and the numbness to my left leg has almost all gone. There's a way to go yet but I'm amazed at the progress so far, and can't praise Akin and the team highly enough.

Having suffered severe lower back pain for a number of years, I was referred by my consultant for IDD treatment. Ben and Akin are simply the best. I have been to several 'professionals' who have all made me worse. I came to this clinic completely bed ridden. I had IDD therapy, hands on therapy and was also given a plan to follow which I did. It has been a few years and I am in perfect shape, going on gym and on holidays pain free. I still come in every two months or so for regular maintenance even though I do not have any pain, its just something to ease my mind and keep me healthy and happy. I am eternally grateful to Ben and Akin. I have sent so many of my friends and family to them and they have all been extremely happy. If you have struggled finding professionals who actually care and also have the knowledge and experience, then this is the place for you.

I booked my first session with Akin, as I was suffering from pain for over a year and half. I was having treatment at another clinic, but the pain was not going away. So I wanted a second opinion. The first session Akin assessed me and suggested that I get an MRI, so we can get an accurate diagnosis. Akin arranged the MRI and I got a call the very next day and my appointment was booked after 2 days. I was very impressed that I received the MRI and the results within 1 week. At my second session, Akin went over the MRI results and set up a plan of how we will resolve my issues. Akin is very friendly, polite and professional. Akin has been very supportive in helping me mentally too. Being a woman Akin always treats me with dignity and respect which is very important to me. I am in my sixties and have been treated by Ben at the Chigwell Clinic for various issues for 5 years. I would very much recommend him. He is so easy to get on with, knowledgeable, experienced and professional and, most importantly, I have always found that my symptoms have significantly improved following treatment.
