Was very surprised to see so many negative reviews. Visited here twice recently for breakfast and really like the place, food and service. Visited today as it opened at 4.30 and there was a long queue already before it opened. Service was quick and efficient and we had two porridges (one banana and honey porridge and one anti-oxidant one which had blueberries and almonds in it). Both were warm and tasty. I’ve recently had Pret and Leon porridges at airports and Pure’s is the best in my opinion. Also Pret no longer does plant milk and Pure does. Lots of tasty looking sandwiches. I’ve had their salads before too and always enjoyed. I’m a lover of healthy vegetarian food and this is a great place for that. They also do a number of smoothies (see my photos of ones I’ve tried before) which are normally very nice. Some have protein powder added too.

Great spot upstairs away from the crowd. The pastries were nice and fresh, airport prices but not extortionate. Service was good, three likes so it moved pretty fast. The seating space was spacious. Recommend if you're looking for something healthy, fresh and away from the typical full English.

I transit through this departure lounge almost every month and Pure is the easiest option for me. Good and Coffee are good enough and you can always get a seat. Lots of charging points. Pret and Starbucks be comparison are far too busy and no better food/drink

I must say, the space is quite impressive, but it seems that cleanliness is an optional extra here. Don't be fooled by the early time of 6.30am, because apparently, the tables haven't received the memo about being cleaned. It's like they're auditioning for a role in a horror movie - "The Attack of the Coffee Stains." On the bright side, the queue moves faster than a caffeinated cheetah on roller skates, so you won't waste too much precious time in this germ-ridden paradise. However, do yourself a favor and come prepared with wipes, and enough hand sanitizer to disinfect a small village.

More vegan options and free milks compared to Pret just opposite. The porridge was nice but portions are very small, and the pear on my porridge was tinned and not fresh - wish I'd got the berry one instead. Savoury vegan options are naf and don't have any flavour, plus ARE TINY. And the two times I've had the almond vegan croissant it's been really dry

Ordered a hot salmon wrap and it was massively underwhelming. The wrap itself tasted like wet cardboard, the filling was just a lukewarm flavorless gloop with small chunks of salmon running through it. This was supposed to be my breakfast but I couldn’t force the tasteless mess down and boarded my flight still hungry. Sorry to say I’d be advising to definitely avoid this particular item. Also this shop is 100% cashless and doesn’t accept other payments than cards.

I was impressed that they had great value meal deals on. I bought a lock, stock and smoked salmon wrap with a get vit drink and tea, Very tasty. I had my own reusable cup so they have me £1 off my tea. Very impressive. They didn't charge for almond milk either, very surprised. Good quality food and great prices compared to other restaurants at the airport. They need to pay more attention to their customer service and Seating area could be cleaned. I didn't see anyone coming around to clean any of the tables and a few was left dirty and rubbish on them

We ordered an egg, bacon and ketchup toastie which cost nearly £6 and was absolutely terrible. It tasted like they blended the ingredients together and spread it onto a tortilla wrap. We had to throw it away and buy croissants instead at the bakery. Definitely not going back to Pure!

Very rarely will I hand out a significantly negative review, however this experience was nothing short of traumatic. The eggs seem to be missing ingredients as shown in the image on the order menu. Additionally, when asked if I could have mayo removed from any of the items on the menu I was told everything is premade? What's so pure about premade items - false advertising, false product and false business image

Toasties taste like a sort of sludge encased in a dry wrap. It wasn't even warm throughout. For the price I would expect significantly better. The coffee was ok. Considering they are advertising a premium product at premium prices this is a place to avoid.

I was really pleasantly surprised with Pure at London Gatwick. The food was really tasty and the coffee was also lovely. There were plenty of power sources all around the cafe and a place to fill up a bottle with chilled water for free.

Big queue. Ordered a tea. The guy made the tea by putting hot water and milk in a cup along with tea. Hot water not boiling, milk cold, no chance for tea to brew. So I had milky dishwater instead. Asked for English breakfast tea. Got earl grey. No wonder- the tea bags have the brand on them (not one I’ve heard of) but no indication of the tea variety. So cold, wrong, weak tea. Very poor.
