I have been going to the Unique hair salon for some years now and I have always found the experience to be warm and friendly. The stylists are well trained and experienced; prepared to listen to the clients needs as well as using their expertise to give valuable advice.

On attendance, my daughter and I was met with a friendly face at reception. Cannot praise Rachel enough, Rachel listened to not only my style preference but understood me when explaining I hadn't had my hair cut for years and was nervous going from long hair to a much shorter style. My first visit to this salon. Easy to park. I had a hot drink made for me. Louise listened to what I wanted, but also provided helpful advice on how to style my new hair cut. All the staff were easy to chat to. It was reassuring to hear staff chatting to a local resident and the joint effort of the shop owners to tackle the land owner over the littering issue. I made sure I'd booked my next appointment before I left as the stylists are booked up well in advance!
