    I have tried a lot of different classes and gyms and this is by far the best I have been to before and won’t be going to any others from now on. The classes are always different and challenging and love the atmosphere that Jordan and his team provides. The Hyrox side of it is amazing as well which I will continue doing for a long time! Jordan makes you commit to it all 100% and everyone around you makes you push yourself to your max.

    Absolutely amazing and you definitely get results! Jordan and the team are super supportive and help you work towards and achieve your goals. I was training for the London Marathon and attended these session through out the training. I felt stronger and fitter for it and could really feel a difference in my running ability. No workout is ever the same and they continuously mix it up to keep you on your toes.

    I’ve been training at BHF since I was 15 and I’ll be 18 next month! Jordan and his team are exceptional, and you will find yourself achieving feats you never thought possible- whether that be completing/PRing a 5k or lifting heavier than you ever imagined. It’s a rarity to find another gym where 30+ individuals consistently show up, eager to train at 6:15am, regardless of the weather! The sessions are so much fun! The coaches are outstanding, and they care- which is invaluable. Love this community… you won’t regret joining!

    My husband started at BHF 5 months before me. I watched him get fitter and happier and decided I wanted to give it a go. I was very nervous before my first session. I was greeted with a big friendly grin from Jordan and was made to feel welcome by everyone. I loved it, I was addicted after my trial week and have now been a member for eight months. I encouraged 2 friends to join too. Jordan and all his team are friendly and supportive whilst pushing you to reach your goals. They really make the effort to get to know you. The classes are different every time you go, which keeps things fun, challenging and enjoyable. If you aren't sure, I urge you to give the trial week a go. Since joining BHF I'm the fittest I've been, my anxiety is at all time low and it's great to work out with such awesome people. With the coaches' support, I'm now training for the London Marathon - I never thought I'd have the fitness or the confidence to do that. Thanks to Jordan and his team (George, Josh Deana and Gabe)

    I was looking for something to replicate an old training group I used to belong to - and with Body Health Fitness I have found it - (and it’s even better!). The classes are challenging for all abilities. The coaches are motivating, knowledgeable and great at offering options if you have an injury. And the workouts are varied and move at a pace so the time flies by. There is something inspiring about exercising as part of a group. It’s daunting to start - it’s hard pushing yourself and sweating away with people you don’t know. But it can also be a lot of fun. A month in and I’m already feeling much fitter, more toned and my mood is brighter. I highly recommend it!

    I have been a fitness coach for 20 years and from my professional background I can say that Body-Health Fitness really knows how to coach each student and their exercise programs are always varied, focusing on total fitness. I highly recommend it to everyone. beginners or advanced levels.

    Could not recommend BHF more! Jordan and his team cater to all levels and they’re so encouraging and knowledgeable. Everyone who attends is also so lovely and it really feels like a family. I’ve recently moved away and tried other cross-fit style gyms but nothing comes close to what Jordan has built. 10/10 recommend!!

    Signed up for the 6 week program and all I can say is wow , results have been amazing. With following all the advice given to me by Jordan and the team I dropped a lot of weight and never been so happy in person and in mind , I’m now totally hooked and a monthly member who can’t get enough , thank body health fitness

    I honestly do not know what I would do without BHF in my life. I joined in May and the transformation has been remarkable, both physically and mentally. Jordan and his team are incredibly passionate, experienced, knowledgeable and super friendly which makes every single session a joy to attend. Absolutely honoured to be able to attend such a high class club. High recommend!

    The team are so motivating and give you the boost to challenge yourself to work at your best potential. The results have been incredible in the past 7 weeks and my fitness levels are hugely improved. I would definitely recommend!

    Joining BHF is the best thing I’ve done this year. This has helped with not just my physical fitness but also my mental wellbeing. Their group training sessions are varied, friendly and fun. BHF is for everyone irrespective of your current fitness level and they cater for all abilities. They have multiple training sessions a day so it’s easy to attend at a time that suits you. The coaches are great, knowledgeable and will support you to achieve your fitness goals. I'm hooked and I can’t recommend BHF enough!
