I have been using this clinic for almost 7 years now and can honestly say, they are the best in the business. Every single treatment I have had has been amazing. Most importantly, Jannie is simple the best and her team are wonderful . I would have highly recommend and would never dream of going anywhere else.

All the staff are so friendly and knowledgeable, they really make you feel at ease and looked after. The clinic itself is stunning, set in beautiful surroundings with a relaxing atmosphere. Easy to find, with plenty of parking too. The whole experience is a pleasure, no matter what treatment you might be having.

Yesterday, I had an amazing Fire and Ice facial with Rosie. I left the clinic feeling so refreshed and with beautifully glowing skin. I was so impressed at how friendly and helpful everyone was and the beautiful location of the clinic. Emma also spent some time giving me some great advice on skin care and future treatments that will benefit my skin type. I would 100% recommend this clinic to anyone!

I have visited the clinic recently for a fire and ice facial, it made my skin feel amazing thank you to Rosie for making me feel comfortable and relaxed. I also had a skin tag removed from my eye with Manuela, she is so friendly and made me feel relaxed and although it hurt a bit Manuela put me at ease and now the scab has fallen off and skin tag is gone. I love visiting the clinic the staff are all so welcoming and super friendly.

So happy to have found such a fantastic clinic finally! Everyone is so friendly and puts you at ease. The team are also all so thorough, going through treatment options and managing expectations realistically regarding outcomes and time frames. I've spent years and a huge amount on money on treatments that have not helped resolve various issues with my skin. Always being pushed into buying products that have not made any difference and being disappointed each time. This is a completely different experience. I've been advised as to what could help in terms of both treatments and products, but never once been pushed into purchasing anything. Have tried some of the recommend products and so far very happy with the results. Currently having acne plasma showers intermittently and sylfirm X every 4 weeks - have also had the fire and ice treatment. Would absolutely recommend! The plasma has been a game changer for my skin and excited to see the end result for sylfirm for melasma. Rather than jumping in with sylfirm, I was made to wait until the plasma treatment had outbreaks under control, whereas other clinics I'd made enquires with prior to here, were happy to go straight ahead which could have negatively impacted my skin.

Really impressed with my first visit after being recommended by a friend. My initial consultation with Cassie was really relaxed, informative and useful. Cassie took time to explain various treatments available and how they would work on my skin. The clinic itself is in a beautiful location, easy to park, and very nice inside. Looking forward to my next appointment with Cassie.

I have had multiple treatments and consultations at Harp Skin, the main reason I keep going back is because the staff are so warm, friendly and knowledgeable. I get all my treatments from Cassie. Everything I have done has left me speechless and I have been treated with such warmth and kindness throughout all my treatments. I had a great visit. Was seen by Donna and had booked a hydrafacial. We didn't end up doing this treatment as speaking about my skins history, she advised the peel would be more suited to me. We discussed my skin care going forward. I felt comfortable during the treatment and very happy with the advise given. I have booked again for another face peel and am looking forward to seeing the results. Highly recommend Harpenden skin clinic.
